Gallery Hotel — Hostel in Tashkent

It's the worst decision I did. The room is damn dirty, stinky, filthy, the bedsheets are not washed for ages. No warm covers for sleep. It's daaaamn noisy at night, other people listen to songs and laugh out loudly. We have been promised to get another better room after a night. We didn't get one. The staff from reception ignore you. The most disgusting place ever. Never book here!

I book in a 4 bed room, they place me in one with 6
Feels like they don't do any cleaning, and bedsheets are really old and use.

The sanitary conditions are very poor. The bed is full of hair and the quilt is full of balls. I saw the guest check out, and the waiter just folded the quilt and did not change the quilt cover at all. The bathroom is always wet, it feels like no one has taken care of it.

Not at all very clean....washbasin in bathroom clogged with water, there is bad smell coming from bathroom....I booked a room for me and my husband but room is very small...near room there is dustbin which was overloaded with garbage and smelled very bad.....mattress shoes hairs

I stayed there for 4 nights. The first time for 2 nights and the second time a few weeks later, in the female room.
The thing was one of the people had stolen my padlock, literally going through my things and stealing them. When I mentioned this to the reception, they didn't care. I also forgot my towel, and two days later, when I called them, they clearly didn't care. No one found my towel. I thought their attitude was terrible, after the first call, they simply stopped answering me.

I had 2 reservations the first day and the last day of my trip in Uzbekistan and they tried to cancel my reservation both times. The do overbooking on purpose even when you have the reservation for 2 months in advance. Probably the reason is because the sell the room twice for more money. The first time I could stay there after asking to keep my reservation and I reminded them that I had a second reservation 1 week later and they told me that there was no problem. But my surprise is that the same night at 10 pm they told me that I wouldn’t be able to stay there and I needed to move 11 people to other hostel. For the same price and worst quality. They don’t care about booking conditions and they don’t respect the visitors. They ask you to cancel the reservation and if you don’t do it you will receive a notification from booking as Not registered. Please don’t take this hostel as an option. No reseveis este hostel. Cancelan la habitación el mismo día de tu llegada. Probablemente porque la venden más cara aunque tú la hayas reservado con mucho tiempo de antelación. Incluso avisándoles y confirmando con antelación que todo está bien luego lo cancelan sin importarles que seáis 2,3 o 11 personas. Te cambian a otro hotel peor y pagando lo mismo. Hotel de algún conocido. Te piden que canceles tú la reserva y si no lo haces te contact booking como no presentado. Un desastre de gestión y no le importa el cliente para nada.
