Had a bad experience.
I have arrived and they did not have my reservation.
I was given a single room and had to pay almost 3x more, when I had already paid online for a double room, and I now have a single room.
Very disappointing service.
Also, bathrooms are very dirty and stinky.

My room was simple but clean and functional. It had a comfortable bed, a small TV, and an en-suite bathroom. While the room wasn't spacious, it was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.
