The room was more spacious than I expected, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene details were excellent. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and quickly brought nail clippers even in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted good. I'd suggest adding a shelf in the bathroom. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I'd consider staying here again.

This was my first business trip to Uzbekistan. I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport. Before going out, I put my necklace in my suitcase. When I came back, I found that the necklace was gone. It had vanished without a trace. Whether it was done by an employee or an outsider, it shows that there are serious security problems at this hotel.

I asked for a quiet room away from the street, and they gave me a room with a window facing the wall. I was so angry I almost laughed. They wanted 800 yuan to change rooms. Seriously, I gave them too high a score for that.

The hotel is super! We stayed for 5 days. It's located in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the airport, with all necessary amenities nearby: 15 minutes to the metro, bus stops close by, and about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff is very polite and courteous. The room was clean, tidied daily, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is very well-maintained with a pleasant interior. There's a spa area with a sauna, hammam, and swimming pool. There's also an outdoor veranda where you can relax.

Pleasant hotel with a light breakfast (unlikely to fill you up though). I had two issues – first, the key wouldn't open the room, but that was sorted out. Then, I found the AC wasn't working, but I was too tired to deal with it at that point.
They took quite a while to inspect the room after check-out.
Bear in mind that the price does not include the tourist tax.

This was the most terrifying hotel experience I've ever had. Someone knocked on the door at 1 AM, and before I could answer, the door was opened. I yelled and immediately backed out. I called the front desk, and they said a staff member had opened the wrong door! I didn't sleep a wink that night! First of all, the door didn't have a mechanical lock; anyone could open it with a card. Then, the next day when I asked the front desk again, they said they had just started their shift and didn't know what happened last night! I will never stay in a hotel that makes me feel so unsafe again. Furthermore, the bedding was terrible and dirty, and the linens were of extremely poor quality! I can't believe this kind of awful hotel exists in Tashkent!
