The place is quite remote, the environment is good, but the room is small. There was a short circuit in the wires in the middle of the night and I was choked. It was a bit dangerous. Later, the hotel did not arrange for someone to repair it, nor did they change the room.

I had great experience. Spacious and clean rooms. Rooftop awesome view breakfast room . Delicious and fresh breakfast. Helpful and courteous staff . Great location. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family .

Nice, modern, and new hotel in Tashkent. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast area was a rooftop with a great view, and the food was delicious with a large selection. We will definitely be back, and definitely recommend it.

Got to this hotel after 2x4hr overnight flights from UK. On arrival rooms were not ready as requested for check in (this was 10am). We didn’t start well!! The room has all amenities and was clean, bathroom had a bad smell, not too strong but unpleasant. The worst for me was the bed, it was literally a hard board as mattress, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve experienced in a hotel. Even an inflatable mattress would have been more comfortable. I only used the Restaurant for breakfast, second day I arrived after breakfast time had finished but they gave me coffee at least (no other service available out of defined hours, no bar and nothing close by). Some staff’s English wasn’t good but they were smiley and made the effort so together we found a way to communicate. Also the area is not very nice…if you can, find somewhere else

Every single thing about our stay was amazing. The staff was always friendly, super helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. The chef makes delicious food for each individual. Everything in the room was spotless. The pool was amazing. The gym was spotless and the machines were brand new. Do not have 1 single complaint about our stay and hope someday we can stay here again.

Starting with the positives - the reception staff were very nice. The place itself is quite new and well maintained with clean rooms.
The negatives - the entire place has a feint smell of a chicken farm, (the view from the rear terrace might explain this). The restaurant was not well managed. We ordered dinner and when we paid the restaurant owner raised the price saying that they gave us extra portions, (which we had NOT asked for).
Breakfast was a miserable looking buffet of mainly old pastries and sweets, NO COFFEE, no salads and generally very little choice.
I would not go back here again.

I was expecting alot more from this hotel but it was very basic. Located in a remote area and not very good views. Service was ok. For Tashkent standards it was ok but worldwide standards mediocre
