As a frequent traveler, I was pleased with my stay at the Holiday Inn Tashkent. I stopped over for a short business transit and needed a comfortable place while waiting for my next flight. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It is convenient to get to the airport - 15 minutes by taxi, or to the nearest park. This hotel is very good, clean and hygienic, the service staff speaks fluent English and communication is relatively easy.

Its an apartment-style hotel with spacious rooms, ideal for large families. However, for a couple like us, the layout felt a little awkward, the bathroom and shower are located at the far end of the apartment, separated by several doors along the way. Good thing is breakfast is shared with holiday inn hotel, and it was a good one.

The room was great, with a huge balcony. The only downside was that the balcony didn't have much of a view since it overlooked an enclosed atrium. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy, and they were very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room decor is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, and bright. However, the mattress is uncomfortable and uneven, the pillows are hard, and the duvet is even harder. I suggest replacing the duvet and pillows. It would be best if the owner stayed for a night; then they'd know they made the wrong choice with the bedding!

Compared to many other hotels during this period of large influx of tourists, this one is inexpensive for a separate room. Wi-Fi crashed on the first day on the second floor, but then everything was fixed. The kitchen is acceptable, only breakfast is very early.

Hostel has a good location right in the center of the city close to the park. Reception was nice at all times. My room was right next to the reception and to the door of the hostel so there was a lot of noise from the street and when the door of my room was open everyone passing by the street could see me so try not to get that room if you can.
