The hotel is new and the interior is fresh, but clearly the management needs to climb the learning curve rapidly. Some things in the organisation doesn't make sense, and there is a need to repair and maintain the premises better and train the nice staff

Hotel lontano dal centro che, a fronte di un aspetto piacevole, presenta deficit e mancanze nella gestione, nel servizio e nella organizzazione. Viene chiesto di togliersi le scarpe per entrare nell'atrio delle camere (ma non vengono fornite ciabatte). Le camere sono ampie, ma carenti di servizi, non ci sono porta valigie, né un ripiano su cui posare oggetti, né una seggiola. Nel bagno di qualche camera c'è un orrendo odore di fogna, mancano phon, bollitore, luce sui comodini. Il buffet della colazione è alquanto scarso e in quantità non sufficiente per il numero degli ospiti (bisogna arrivare molto presto!), e cosa molto grave, le camere non vengono rifatte: a fronte delle rimostranze, il bureau ci ha detto che vengono rifatte solo a seguito di specifica richiesta! Decisamente sconsigliato

Obychno starayus ne pisat otritsatelnyh otzyvov, ostavlyayu mesto bez otsenki. V sluchae etogo otelya napishu. Zabronirovali eshche v sentyabre na yanvar 2023 goda za tri dnya, kak obychno prihodit podtverzhdenie, chto vse ok nas zhdut. Priezzhaem, administrator govorit: "Izvinite, u nas remont". Prichem, vidno, chto on nachalsya ne vchera, a idet ochen davno. Sprashivaetsya, zachem vy podtverzhdalis?! Administrator predlagaet nam pereselenie v drugoy otel za eti zhe dengi. Ladno! Privozyat v drugoy otel, kotoryy klassom nizhe i ne ustraivaet nas. Horosho, chto mozhno skazat mestnye i v Tashkente ne v pervyy raz, problemu s zaseleniem reshil sam. Vot takaya istoriya! Poetomu, prezhde chem zaselyatsya v etot otel, rekomenduyu zvonit i uznavat primut li Vas.

They promised us to save two rooms for us. (Our friend who were on that hotel booked it via phone on morning and we were there on afternoon) and when we arrived to this hotel they said us that they don't have any room when they were laughing!!! Shame!
People of Özbekistan are great and warm-hearted. But this hotel was a scandal!

Affordable and suitable. Staff is very humble and supportive.

You have to take a taxi everytime you want to go to the centre or anywhere. Breakfast was so so. Internet was very bad. The only good thing was that the personnel was very helpfull. I dont recommend that hotel but to be honest I dont know if you can find a better one there.
