The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect — close to major attractions, yet in a quiet area that allowed us to unwind peacefully.

Probably the best hostel in Tashkent. The buffet breakfast is amazing. A good selection of freshly made and healthy options. The room has AC and there is a pool and good sized common area. Everything was cleaned consistently and their is on-site secure parking. Staff are great too. Would recommend 110%

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, treating us with complete disrespect from the moment we arrived.
To make matters worse, they overcharged us and refused to provide a proper explanation or refund. It felt like they were trying to steal our money outright. Despite raising our concerns multiple times, we were met with dismissive and hostile responses.
The lack of basic customer service and honesty is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options where you’ll be treated with respect and fairness.

This was an very unexpected hotel, treating costumers in a very a awful way which is unacceptable. They would enter our room without a permission, even though they would break stuff in the room and put the blame on us. Somehow we depended on them for making a trip for us to another city, we paid for the money somehow they say that we didn’t pay or they didn’t receive it. It was very unfair treatment

Lovely quaint hotel around 2 1/2 miles from the railway station and 3/4 of a mile from the nearest metro. Very attentive staff, nice little breakfast and a decent room. Certainly excellent value for money.

Good location. It's in a quiet neighborhood, not close to most attractions in the city but public transport is accessible (the nearest Metro is about a 15 minute walk away). Friendly and helpful staff, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there are no bunk beds in the dorm rooms :) it's a really social hostel too, a lot of backpackers/ travelers stay here. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and it had a varied selection.

Clean rooms, extremely clean bathrooms, lovely lounge space and good breakfast make this a great hostel in Tashkent. Metro station is only 500 meters away and the hostel is located in a quite neighbourhood. App based cabs and food delivery is easily available and it is extremely safe at night. I was only disappointed becasue they didn't accept card. I stayed there twice in span of 10 days and both times it said their machine was broke. They either accept USD or SOM. No other currency so beware. My tips: - Book in advance so it doesn't get sold out - Rooms on first floor are nicer

rooms are tiny... beds are very very firm and not that comfortable. noise can be a problem from nearby businesses. There are rooms, where your bathroom is down the hall. I had one such room. very cheap, it was clean, but, the drapes didnt cover the whole window, and you had another hotel right across the street, not 40 feet away, so privacy is an issue.
the breakfast was at least moderately decent, meats of some sort, eggs you could poach, some fruits, deserts, cookies, breads.
staff was at least very friendly, location isnt bad if you need to go to the airport, and the price to get to the airport, isnt even $2.00 US, which was 15000 SOM ( 11000 Som per US Dollar, yea, hell of a conversion rate ).
Room was $20 a night, which is not bad actually, except the whole walking down the hall to go to the bathroom.
beds are twin sized in most rooms, and not that comfortable as I said. covers are, odd, more like a comforter sheet combo, so either will be too warm, or ok if you keep the window open or A/C on ( even in winter, room was overly warm, go figure ).
