The hotel was built by the Chinese, looks good from the outside, but there are a lot of BUTs. There is supposedly a free transfer from the airport, but they never provided it, they don't respond to messages at all. There is Wi-Fi and a TV, but there is no Internet at all, it is impossible to even send a message in a messenger, and the TV also doesn't work at all because of this. There is a breakfast, a buffet, but apart from chicken with pasta or rice there is nothing to eat. There were mosquitoes in the room, we called the reception, they offered us to go and buy a repellent. There is zero soundproofing, if you go to bed early in the evening, you will definitely be woken up. The room itself is small, two beds and it is impossible to get through if you open your suitcase. In my opinion, the price for this hotel is greatly overpriced, it is not worth it.

Stepping into the hotel lobby, the spacious and bright space, coupled with the stylish and elegant decor, instantly creates a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The corridors are clean and tidy, free of any unpleasant odors, and remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The room is even more delightful, with a well-planned layout and ample natural light. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The mattress's firmness is just right, perfectly conforming to my body's curves, making me feel like I'm lying on a cloud. The furniture and decorations in the room are of high quality, with attention to detail showcasing the room's refined taste. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet area, a stable hot water supply, and a suitable water flow, making for a fantastic shower experience! The room also comes equipped with various practical amenities, such as air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, a small refrigerator, and even charging cables – a truly thoughtful touch.

The room facilities were poor, and the TV didn't work! There were no Chinese dishes for breakfast. The elderly man in his seventies asked for hot milk several times, but the waiter coldly refused. Is heating milk really that difficult? They didn't even bother with such a simple task. Chinese hotels are just undeserved reputations, and there's still a long way to go to improve their service quality.

The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The hotel is also run by a Chinese owner. I will choose a Chinese hotel next time I come to Tashkent for a business trip.
