Highly recommend

The location is very convenient, in the center but on a quiet street. The noise of the city is not audible at all, yet everything is nearby within 5 minutes - minimarkets, restaurants, cafes. A taxi arrives in 3-5 minutes.
Has its own parking. 

It's spacious inside, both in the corridors and in the room.
I chose a superior room on the second floor, it is larger in size and slightly more expensive. View from the window to the courtyard.
There is a TV with SmartTV, a kettle, a minibar. The air conditioning works great and keeps you cool when it's scorching hot outside.
Large sofa (+ convertible), Kingsize bed.

Washing clothes is inexpensive, cheaper than other places I've come across. I gave things away and were returned clean and ironed the next morning.
Breakfast is a buffet until 10 a.m., with a wide variety of dishes to fill you up before starting your day.

I didn't have any problems while I stayed here, but the staff is friendly and helpful.
The room is cleaned thoroughly.
There is also a Tenge Bank ATM inside the hotel, and they also sell soft drinks and national souvenirs.
Considering the price of the room and the location, I can recommend staying here!
The only caveat is Wi-Fi, it is stable, but the speed is low.
