Don’t come here 🔴

My wife and I are Uzbek, but I’m a U.S. citizen and we visit Uzbekistan every few years.
Our stay at Hilton Tashkent was disappointing.
The hotel is overpriced and doesn’t deliver.
Service was slow and careless.
The worst part was the girl at the front desk her attitude was absolutely terrible.
Rude, dismissive, zero professionalism.
Rooms look good in photos but feel poorly maintained in real life.
This is not the Hilton standard we’re used to in the U.S.
Not worth the money.
Don’t come here if you respect yourself.

The worst part of this hotel was the front desk.
When my wife and I came to check in and get a room, the girl at the front desk had an absolutely terrible attitude.
She was giving us looks, speaking in a rude tone, acting annoyed, and treating us with clear disrespect.
Her behavior toward me and my wife was unacceptable.
Very bad. Very unprofessional.

I don’t know why we were treated like this.
We visit Uzbekistan once every few years, and this is what I get when I come back to my own country?
Shameful.

Everything about this place was horrible.
The experience was terrible from start to finish.
If you respect yourself and your family, don’t come here.
Go somewhere else. Somewhere better.
