Rauza Hotel in Tashkent

Brand new hotel with high standards , luxury rooms , excellent services and breakfast , polite and helpful staff , I highly recommend . If few words I was surprised from all points of view . Excellent

A very good 3 stars hotel, the hotel is newly built so it’s very clean and comfortable.

Every staff member was very friendly and cooperative the general manager, receptionists, house keeping team. They always made sure that I had a pleasant experience.

Everything was clean and most importantly new; specifically the towels and beddings.

Breakfast options were relatively limited however I really liked that they had a different menu every day so it wasn’t boring specially since I had a long stay.

The hotel is located in a good location were you can easily find all what you may need.

However there are some things that need to be solved in order to have a better experience.
There is no noise cancellation so it becomes very noisy if there are people staying in neighboring rooms or people passing by in front of the room. I’m not sure how this problem can be solved but it should.

There was also a problem with hot water where sometimes it would take 15-20 minutes to flow, however the receptionist assured me that they were working on it and that it will solved.

Overall it’s a very good hotel and I would recommend.
