However, when we returned later, we found that the room was extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working at all. We immediately informed the hotel staff, but they said they could not do anything about it.
What made the situation worse was their attitude — they were not willing to provide any solution, change the room, or even offer a price reduction. There was no effort from their side to resolve the issue.
Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay with poor service. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
