This is a budget hotel. The room is very basic. However it was clean and comfortable and good given the price bracket. Also unlike many fancy hotels I have stayed in the shower actually had decently hot water.

The man at reception does not speak english. But I don’t speak Vietnamese so it is my fault anyway. He is very helpful.

A good deal for Hanoï. It's cheap and comfortable. Choose the deluxe room they are bigger and more light.
It's after the river so you can't go inside the old quarter without a transport

The lift was not working in the property. We arrived quite late, but the host was there to help us out with the needful.

Located on the outskirts of the Old Quarter, this hotel is the closest option with a reasonable price. The owners are lovely, very helpful, and even carried our suitcases to the room. They also rent out motorbikes and sell tours. They gave great recommendations for places to eat. Definitely worth coming back to!

The hotel is a little bit old but maintained and the receptionist and staff are very accommodating and assistive. It's a good budget hotel, just take note of the location since it is a few minutes ride from the Hanoi Old Quarter. But you can always book Grab.

I am not happy and was not able to have good sleep in my 3 nights stay. I was stress and depress of their room with rat and insects

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport.

Can trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room,but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room,there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life,first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.
