We travelled the length of Vietnam for a few weeks and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. It didn't feel like a hotel. It was homely and as the name suggests, very charming. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed lying around the pool. The beds were very comfortable and decor was warm & inviting.

I just stayed at Charm Boutique Hotel & Spa for 6 days and it was completely fine. I will say that I have stayed in the "old" wing of the hotel before and was not a fan, which is where I believe some of the more unfavorable reviews are coming from, but the "new" wing is totally fine, especially for the price. Comfortable beds, great location, and very good staff. I will always look to Charm Boutique Hotel & Spa first when I come to Hanoi.

Great place to stay clean and comfortable. Clara and Vivienne are really helpful and sorted everything for me including a bus to sapa. Slightly away from the madness which was perfect for me. The breakfast was good and will fill you up ready to explore Hanoi. Will stay here again if u visit Hanoi in the future

Staffs are friendly. Neat room yet air conditioner is old-fashioned. breakfast is good. Only one issue was car service from/to airport. I could not find a driver at airport when I arrived. Also, last day, a driver took me to terminal 1, while I asked terminal 2. I had to use a shuttle bus. Please improve!

Very friendly staff. The room is all right, but definitely not brilliant.
Great location. Breakfast was not the best I have had in Vietnam, but it will definitely get you full before you start exploring the city.
Good value for money.

The staff make this place. Super helpful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Great value for money. We stayed one night as we were passing through Hanoi and it was perfect for that. Pretty close to everything and they give you a really handy map on arrival as well as fruit and tea.
