After we booked this hotel they chat me directly and super friendly and fast respons with my question and my needs. They will tell you everything honestly. They offer the tour (we booked Halong bay cruise trip with them) . They gave us airport transfer discount..they recommend us which restaurant is good near the hotel (and trust them.... we went to Vet restaurant, Tet restaurant ... 2 of them are GREAT VIETNAMESE restaurant) Our family room has no balcony which is okey for us. The bed are comfort . The shower room size is big enough. Warm and cold water work properly. They also have elevator . They have laundry (cheap price, quick . But without ironing) They only gave 1 key card room, make sure dont loose it. Breakfast was so good.. we love it. You can order from the menu book for free on breakfast. We eat BEEF PHO everyday. The bread was so good. Fruits and cakes all good. Thank you for Mr.Tom & Mr.Hai for making our visit in Hanoi very memorable .

Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very professional and helpful, especially when organising the airport transfer car. Great breakfast! It can be noisy, but they have clearly stated "Quiet Area" signs, which some customers don't seem to notice.....

The hotel was in a great location, clean and comfortable. It was very kid friendly, and the area felt safe with the little ones (except the traffic). The best part was the staff. Tom helped with all the arrangements and was an amazing host. He was great with kids and always made us feel at home. The breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly made omelets and other dishes. Everyone was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay (about a week).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room were very clean and comfy, food was absolutely fantastic! I’m looking forward to returning for another relaxing getaway. A big thank you to the staff for their exceptional service and hospitality!

A small but an lovely hotel in the Old Quarter Area of Hanoi. The manager, Mr Tom is extremely helpful. Rooms are adequate and complete value for money. Breakfast at that cost is also good. The manager can help you for the local tours. Location is great.

Friendly staff, great room in a lovely part of the city. The room was spacious, comfortable with everything we needed, and the staff were always on hand to help. We booked this hotel after having a bad experience somewhere else and it was a much more pleasant experience.

Booked the hotel in 2024, had a amazing easy stay. Its located in a great central location. The manager was super helpful and also arranged day trips for us. Its close to a lot of highlights, in good condition, clean, had a good breakfast spread, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
