Lavender Resort in Phu Quoc Island

They accept bookings and when you arrive they say that bookings are accepted automatically but there are no rooms available.
People expect accommodations but have to listen to those scammers proposing you much worse and expensive options.
Horrific. This should be banned from the platform.

Absolutely horrific experience at this hotel! The lack of intercom in the room was just the tip of the iceberg. The real catastrophe was the power outages that lasted for TWO DAYS, with ZERO backup. We were left in the dark, struggling to function. When we requested to shift to a different room or get some assistance, the staff was clueless and unhelpful. The final straw was when the power outage continued into the second night, forcing us to abandon the room and seek refuge at another hotel at midnight. The breakfast was a monotonous, unappetizing repeat performance, and the absence of hot water was just another basic amenity that was overlooked. The complete lack of attention to detail, unresponsive staff, and utter incompetence made this stay a nightmare. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT A NEGATIVE MARKING HAD IT BEEN AN OPTION !!

Forced to give 1 star as zero wasn’t an option.

I am highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had no intercom, making even basic communication difficult. There was no power backup, and we faced outages for two days. Breakfast options were non-existent, with the same item served for three consecutive days. The room had no hot water, and we had to constantly follow up for basic necessities like room service, drinking water, and toiletries. Overall, a very poor experience.

not good air-condition, not good food, only nice swimming pool.
