Near to the airport. Welcome drink and bell boy services are good. The villa swimming pool can be accessed from the house, very convenient. Only thing needed to be improved is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel restaurant. Afternoon tea set could be provided in the restaurant.

When we checked in at around 7pm, it was raining heavily and the hotel was so generous to give out restaurant coupons for food and drinks so we could stay to have our dinner. Fantastic hotel, I had a great time, the staff are always willing to help you out. The rooms always clean. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved with a few more western choices, but that's just a small thing. It is a great place to go to and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and ocean from your own private bungalows patio whilst stretched out on a deckchair.

The resort is very nice. Unfortunately the techno blasting from the neighbouring Hawaii resort is quite difficult to handle.

Lovely place, spectacular view of sunset. Only 8 minutes taxi ride from the airport (costs around 80k VND) and 5 km to the night market (60k VND taxi ride). The beach is nice. I went there on new year holiday of 2022 but it seemed really understaffed, the restaurant only opens for breakfast, bar and pool closed at 7pm. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. No bicycle rental available.

A fantastic location and very friendly staff. Like most of the island tourism is still developing and the staff are still learning. However they do try their best to help. Breakfast options are varied and tasty. The proximity to the spa next door is also a great feature. There are also a few tours that depart from the hotel.

The best feature of the place is that it's facing west, which means an excellent opportunity to watch the sunset every day, either from the room balcony, from the pool or from the resort's (kind of) private beach, with a cocktail from the bar. The only hotel in Phu Quoc I tried without welcome drink and bell boy services. Just it's near to the airport. But the entrance path to the hotel is very narrow and old. The villa fencing area is big but the room is actually small. Outside is full of trees and useless debris. No key of the metal gate door of the villa is provided. If not close the door, actually everyone can go into my villa area....

We got pure vegetarian , jain food at Indian restaurent within 5 mins from the resort. The environment is quite good. The hotel provides transportation to the main road or the beach. There are also convenient restaurants, shops, and massage parlors nearby. Almost all the guests are foreigners, and the price is quite affordable.

The hotel is located on a path, larger cars have to be very careful to enter, however the hotel has a golf cart shuttle to the main street. Breakfast is relatively simple, there are not many styles. The room is cleaned well, but the water pressure is relatively small.

Amazing place with great customer service. A bit expensive compared to the nearby locations. The sunset view from the in-door pool is something hard to find. Unlike other places, they keep your passport with you for the entirety of your stay. The shower pressure in my room could be improved. Also, I suggest keeping the black tea and milk option in the rooms.

Our stay at Chen Sea was an utter delight. From the moment you arrive you feel like the staff are there to make you stay as perfect as possible. The rooms and surrounding are incredibly gorgeous. No ashtrays are available and people just throw their cigarettes butt on the floor at the beach bar and on the sand. The resort is accessible and just minutes away from the airport yet it’s still not very central and still a bit secluded. I was happy to get a free upgrade upon arrival.
