This hotel does not have a clothes dryer on the balcony, and it is prohibited. The fine for drying clothes on the balcony is 80,000 VND per item. You must sign a consent form upon check-in. See the attached photos. People come here to relax and swim, and they have no way to dry their wet clothes. This is insane. Who in hotel management came up with such stupid rules? Good neighborhood. The main advantage is the large rooms! The beach is nearby. Our flight was rescheduled, so we happily spent the day at the beach and by the pool, leaving our belongings at the hotel.

The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. One of my favorite services was the airport shuttle. The hotel has its own beach and great amenities overall. Jet skis were significantly cheaper than at tourist attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and the service was attentive.

The place is great! I was a bit worried at first that it was far from the city center, but there's Grab available. It was very comfortable and beautiful, and the breakfast was good. The service is very good, the only drawback is the location is remote in the rural area, starting at 4 am the next door neighbor raised chickens started to crow until noon are still crowing, get poor sleep quality. The coffee for breakfast was very fragrant and special.
