Was surprised that there was no papaya and mango but was: watermelon, pineapple, pitahaya, Granadilla, the Apple of Paradise. Despite the all-inclusive, soda, fresh juices, smoothies at the restaurant for the money (0

33 Cola - 150 R, fresh about 300 rubles). The food at the snack bars too (Burger - 750r), fruit, canapés, coffee and local beer - free. The animation is not quite the word. No charge, no dancing, no foam parties

Phu Quoc island hotel Resort Vinoasis. I don't know why reflect is a 3-star hotel five-star. Huge halls, decorated with marble. There is a casino, the Grand theater building (not working yet)

Wonderful hotel with large, well-groomed territory. At the reception English speaking staff. There is a nursery with English speaking staff where you can leave children up to 12 years

What to bring: fruit, pepper, dietary Supplements, coffee (I didn't like), cocoa, tea, chocolate, rum. The export of alcohol - up to 3l per person, fruit up to 5 kg in the Luggage

The hotel's swimming pool is lovely, and you can catch the Phu Quoc Grand World fireworks from the pool area at 9:55 PM on Saturday nights. It's only about a four-minute walk to the clock tower near Phu Quoc Grand World

When we checked out to transfer to another nearby hotel, they even helped us call the other hotel's complimentary shuttle service to pick us up. The pool and gym are decent, nothing extraordinary but perfectly fine

The ambiance is lovely, with fragrant frangipani trees adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The pool is large, clean, and 1. 2m deep, open from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM

The pool is massive and very clean. Rooms are on the smaller side but modern and functional

I would recommend this hotel,big pool can see fire work from room . It’s close to tourist attractions,within walking and there are many restaurants nearby .

There's a V1 shuttle bus to VinWonders, Vinpearl Safari, and other hotels, but it gets very crowded. Especially on the return trip, you need to plan your time well and expect to wait for two more buses to get on

Perhaps it's just the local vibe, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, though you'd occasionally find some friendly staff. However, if you had a request, they could generally sort it out

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc Island. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and you could even iron clothes

I have a good experience in 2-bedroom villa with lake view. A villa has 2 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 tiny swimming pool, 1 kitchen but you can't cook. They are really friendly and helpful. This resort is high recommended

The best part is the beach; just lounging around at the hotel was enough to have a great time

The pool is great; you can swim in the shade of the palm trees even when it’s scorching hot. But the water in the pool is murky

Convenient hotel to night market, good breakfast with large variety of cuisines. Nice kids playgroup and kids club. Swimming pools is nice but closed early AT 7PM.

These small details should be standard in a 5-star hotel without needing to ask. The hotel is heavily overcrowded, which impacts comfort and availability of sunbeds. The gym is too small for such a big crowded hotel

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was clean, and the hotel is close to the beach. Our family was very satisfied with our stay

Hotel needs some training for waiters and staff in the restaurants (they can’t speak English at all, the food in pool restaurant is not so good) Great location close to the all activities like safari park and water park

We were given free upgrade to suite. My trip 2nd day breakfast was great! The location is beside ******, night entertainment is covered.  Overall massage, avocado and coconut ice cream was very nice in Phu Quoc. 😊

The location of the resort is the USP. They have a wonderful swimming pool, there is a decent indoor kids play area

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort was very convenient and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were truly friendly and helpful

We initially thought we wouldn't be able to get on the earlier one, but Vincent was incredibly helpful. He spoke with the driver and managed to get us on that earlier shuttle, which we really appreciate

We added an extra bed and were upgraded to a triple room. The hotel's pool, beach, and kids' water park are all great, and there's a kids' club available

The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; even after checking out, there are still public amenities like the kids' club, a pool with public showers, a game room, and a lounge where you can pass the time, which was a huge plus

Really quaint and lovely resort which is just the right size without having to walk too much from room to pools or beach. Tbh, as online reviews go, Housekeeping is really meh, despite best efforts

Initially, we booked an apartment building, which had a pure business style with no sea view. It had a kitchen but no cooking utensils, and a washing machine but no outdoor drying rack, making it feel a bit impractical

We came to Phu Quoc for a Chinese New Year vacation with our three kids, and specifically chose the InterContinental. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive

The only downside was that due to the high number of guests, we had to queue for check-in, breakfast, and other meals daily. This is something I think the hotel should improve

However, the housekeeping is quite subpar; they consistently forget to provide fresh towels, and they never bother to clean the leaves out of the villa's private pool

It’s a nice hotel with an exclusive beach, my room had a sea view, very clean and spacious, just that if you go downtown it will be a bit far away.

The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The pho, made with beef brisket, was even better than what you'd find at restaurants outside.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location, rooms, and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable

The pool areas were a bit odd no handrail into the pool and difficult to see the steps and shallow pools due to the dark tiles

I stayed on the 7th floor, next to the terrace, which offered a panoramic sea view. The hotel breakfast was excellent. After breakfast, I went straight to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze, which was very refreshing

Good neighborhood. The main advantage is the large rooms! The beach is nearby. Our flight was rescheduled, so we happily spent the day at the beach and by the pool, leaving our belongings at the hotel.

Although it is bit isolated, it is close to the beach 3 min walk and the sea view from top floor gives you the best sun set views! we had the room on 8F and it was breathtaking to watch sunset while there was someone paragliding at the sea and we watched it against the deep red sky in the evening…:) I loved the hospitality of the staff, they really made me feel like king! language was not a barrier...

They upgraded us to an executive suite which was huge and had a very nice jacuzzi in the bathroom. Great view and close to the night market for food, drinks and shopping!

I heard that hotels in Phu Quoc are attractions in themselves even before I arrived, and the JW Marriott definitely proved that to be true. It's truly beautiful, and there are people taking pictures everywhere you look

The hotel is beautiful and the beach has incredibly fine sand. The beachfront is really special with dozens of meters of shallow water, and it's not crowded at all. Kids can swim safely, and adults can even go boating

The hotel has a children's football field, a rich breakfast, and a beautiful, photogenic environment. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance to Sunset Town. The hotel also has a quiet private beach

This trip to Phu Quoc, both hotels I stayed at charged me for an extra bed, but then didn't actually provide it. Marriott compensated me with a food voucher, so that was a minor hiccup

The resort has private beach, specially nice view pool and restaurant. We were free upgraded to the villa area because the building is still in the construction. We will come back when it is finished all

Had a great stay, room facing the ocean. They have a wonderful pool an very good pizza&pasta. Staff superfriendly. The hotel is still in construction so for now small an exclusive.

There's a bus stop nearby, which made getting around very convenient. However, there was a power outage in the middle of the night for a short while, which was a bit concerning

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, not noisy, perfect for a pleasant evening. One small note: the sea here usually has some natural sediment, so the water is more cloudy compared to La Veranda

The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important! ✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings in the evening

✅ The overall service was very friendly! This is key! Honestly, the service industry in Vietnam generally isn't the best, it can't compare to Thailand

✅ The hygiene is excellent, and the room is cleaned daily. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious

If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one

However, after several nights, not a single mosquito bit me. The hotel clearly takes pest control seriously, and they've even sealed up all the wooden gaps in the rooms, so there's no need to worry about geckos

The air conditioning and hot water were much better than I expected. And of course, the beautiful scenery goes without saying. The genuine and simple smiles of the staff are something I'll truly miss after leaving!

This is an eco-friendly hotel and it's absolutely beautiful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and delicious. It's also very close to the beach, which is a big plus

My only minor gripe was that the room door was always a bit tricky to open, taking a while each time. Also, the beach was pretty much taken over by Caucasians, and I couldn't find an empty beach chair on the first day
