Booked this hotel last minute during what felt like peak season on the island.

For this price, you can't really complain about a studio apartment. I brought my own disposable bedding set. As long as I could sleep, it was worth the money. Good property, however on arrival they started they didn't have our reservation, as system was "down" so they couldn't check us in. Mass confusion, and they put us in the hotel next door (not as nice by far), but said we could still have breakfast at this property and check in the next afternoon. Best Stay with the Best View Ever! I had an amazing experience at Kim Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect—very close to popular attractions. The guesthouse is not expensive. The area is okay, but it's in the old town, right by the market. The streets are old and a bit dirty. But I enjoyed just admiring the old neighborhood. It was really inconvenient that the owners were making noise with tools and other things right outside the door at 5 a.m.

Situated right by the night market, the location is excellent. We stayed in room 201 on the second floor; the balcony overlooks the market, so it's quite noisy. The shower drains well, the ceilings are high, but the water isn't very hot. There's a refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, ceiling fan, glasses, and a table on the balcony. The closet has plenty of hangers, and the beds are comfortable...

It wasn't the cleanest room we've ever had. There weren't even any sheets on the bed. But the hosts were incredibly friendly. You can do your laundry and rent scooters on-site. The city center is over a 30-minute walk away, but there are still plenty of places to eat nearby.

This is a wonderful guesthouse on the island! We stayed there for three weeks. Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. The host is very friendly and always helpful! There's also a wonderful poodle living there! I was very pleased with the convenient location and low price.

Beautiful room with plenty of furniture and amenities to compliment your needs. The stay is close by to many great street food vendors and away from tourist bound prices.

Reasonable price, not near center area but easy to go to other places (Ghành Dầu, Hàm Ninh, An Thới...) by motorcycle. Ms Quỳnh - the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

The room was really nice and great value for money. Little hard for english speaking tourists to speak to the staff there. Be careful when using the laundry service as we had items go '"missing" just dont take expensive items of clothing with you on your travels ! Life does go on!

Everything is fine. The price is low. Everything is clean, the hosts are wonderful. It's a family-run hotel. It's a bit far from the center, but a bike makes it easy. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room was spacious but dirty. It had a huge heater and good water pressure. The location was inconvenient. It said there was a shared kitchen, but there wasn't. They offered a gas stove for 200 dong, but we declined because we didn't have our own utensils. I wouldn't stay in a place like this again.
