Where to stay with kids in Phu Quoc Island

Perhaps it's just the local vibe, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, though you'd occasionally find some friendly staff. However, if you had a request, they could generally sort it out

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Vinpearl Resort & Spa for consistently providing high-quality service with great attention to comfort. I truly enjoyed a relaxing and wonderful stay

I previously left a short review, so I'll add a bit more. - The hygiene was acceptable, pretty standard, not exceptionally clean but tolerable. - The service attitude was average

Our stay with children was quite disappointing as the hotel is far from family-friendly

This lack of communication and poor noise control completely ruined our accommodation experience, and we hope the hotel can attach great importance to these issues and improve them for families with children

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc Island. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and you could even iron clothes

Lahana is an amazing hotel! This is a rare case when in reality everything looks and is even better than on the website

A very comfortable and chill resort. The breakfast every day was great, with a variety of food choices. They take good care of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Our whole family had a very pleasant stay

Everything in this resort is immaculate. From the food to the service , from the pool to the rooms, from the location to the services , everything was perfect. Shoutout to the guys who drop us at our room in the caddy

Wonderful staff, varied breakfasts, the hotel itself looks like an oasis in the center of the city. The swimming pool area is charming. The Christmas decorations are wonderful as well

Location was great, in the city and near the night market. The pool was definitely the best part of the resort. Great views. The room was clean and the outside shower was amazing.

We got a quiet room with a nice balcony view at the koi pond. The pool has a nice view and very clean, next to the restaurant. Everyday we have different fruit juices

The room is clean and tidy, with complete and comfortable facilities, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The hotel service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast is rich and delicious

Nice staff and big modern rooms. The area around the hotel is full of litter, not the hotel itself, and the pool was covered in insects so I didn't swim. Busy beach just 1 minute away

The sea-view room offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean as soon as you open the window, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset

Hotel located very good, close to the beach and main road. Staff is attentive, polite and helpful. Breakfast could be better, not many options to choose from.

The only minor drawback was the somewhat basic breakfast, but honestly, for this price, what more could you ask for? Definitely recommend!

The location is convenient, within walking distance to the beach. The overall vacation experience was fantastic and highly recommended!

People don't say that much, there is always free sunbeds and umbrellas. Expelled from the sea is strictly at 18. Clients property is 50% Vietnamese, 50% - Russian. Hotel family, children of different ages a lot

33 Cola - 150 R, fresh about 300 rubles). The food at the snack bars too (Burger - 750r), fruit, canapés, coffee and local beer - free. The animation is not quite the word. No charge, no dancing, no foam parties

Wonderful hotel with large, well-groomed territory. At the reception English speaking staff. There is a nursery with English speaking staff where you can leave children up to 12 years

Was surprised that there was no papaya and mango but was: watermelon, pineapple, pitahaya, Granadilla, the Apple of Paradise. Despite the all-inclusive, soda, fresh juices, smoothies at the restaurant for the money (0

Phu Quoc island hotel Resort Vinoasis. I don't know why reflect is a 3-star hotel five-star. Huge halls, decorated with marble. There is a casino, the Grand theater building (not working yet)

What to bring: fruit, pepper, dietary Supplements, coffee (I didn't like), cocoa, tea, chocolate, rum. The export of alcohol - up to 3l per person, fruit up to 5 kg in the Luggage

It was amazing! Our family of 9, including an infant, had a fantastic time. The kids and us absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, not too crowded, and there were several pools

Best Western has two sections: a villa area and a hotel area. Both are very close to the night market, making it super convenient for food, drinks, massages, and foot reflexology

However, the villa area is a bit of a walk from the beach; even with the shuttle service, you still need to stroll a short distance

The villa area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking a tranquil getaway without being disturbed by other guests

Room cleaning was done daily! We'll definitely come again, the price and quality are perfectly matched 👍

Second time visiting, still great!

The ambiance is lovely, with fragrant frangipani trees adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The pool is large, clean, and 1. 2m deep, open from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Facilities: Personally, I think they're just average, don't expect too much! Cleanliness: It's okay, not great but not bad either! Environment: Decent, the room has a balcony facing the pool! Service: Just average! Breakfast wasn't great! It's very close to the beach, you can walk or take a tram, which costs 12 RMB (self-paid)

The family room was essentially a standard room with a connecting door to a double room. The facilities were comparable to a typical hotel in China

This hotel does not have a clothes dryer on the balcony, and it is prohibited. The fine for drying clothes on the balcony is 80,000 VND per item. You must sign a consent form upon check-in

The room was a bit small, but there was enough space for luggage. The balcony and pool were both very large and excellent. The front desk staff were also great and very polite

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location is truly very convenient, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance in the future.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was clean, and the hotel is close to the beach. Our family was very satisfied with our stay

But hotel’s guests became worse then earlier, a lot of people from Kazakhstan with terrible manners, with a lot of children with terrible manners, very aggressive and noisy, they are walking everywhere in swimming suits, even inside the hotel, on reception and etc It’s a reason for us to find another place with more calm people without big groups of Kazakhstan people

We were given free upgrade to suite. My trip 2nd day breakfast was great! The location is beside ******, night entertainment is covered.  Overall massage, avocado and coconut ice cream was very nice in Phu Quoc. 😊

Fantastic ambiance, and the shuttle service to and from the hotel was incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. Since we booked for three nights, they even upgraded our room and meals

They arranged a room with three beds for us. There was a small stain on one of the pillows, but otherwise, it was pretty good. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the service was excellent

There are many free shuttles to Phu Quoc Grand World, the night market, and the airport, but you need to book them in advance. The beach is also nice, with lots of activities

The hotel staff 👩‍💼 have excellent English and good accents, so the children can communicate with them independently, and I can just observe from the side

Really quaint and lovely resort which is just the right size without having to walk too much from room to pools or beach. Tbh, as online reviews go, Housekeeping is really meh, despite best efforts

We added an extra bed and were upgraded to a triple room. The hotel's pool, beach, and kids' water park are all great, and there's a kids' club available

Resort credit for meals is a good deal. There is a marina with good local dishes 5 minutes along the beachside walk, which we really recommend. Overall recommend if you are not absolutely anal about hygiene

The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; even after checking out, there are still public amenities like the kids' club, a pool with public showers, a game room, and a lounge where you can pass the time, which was a huge plus

The Sea Shack restaurant had a lot of flies, and the breakfast was basic. Overall, the environment is excellent, and the service is warm

An oasis of serenity, we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back and recommending to all of our friends and family

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service, which needs to be arranged in advance. The rooms are spacious with comfortable sea views. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices

I prefer the other pool at the main hotel because it’s attached to the beach but it’s actually a bit quieter at the Residences pool

Good stay good vibe! Relaxing trip. Would go again and recommend to my friends and family

Stayed here for my last night of trip in phu quoc because I’d visited the aura beach club a number of times during my stay on the island. I was so impressed by the beach club and service that I thought I’d treat myself

Breakfast was comprehensive if a little oddly laid out… My only real “negative” feedback: —my shower kept flooding - the drain didn’t go down quick enough so had to have super quick showers

Perfect resort hotel for family with kids.  The pool, beach and water park are perfect.  Kids will surely enjoy their stay with great foods and facilities.

The resort facilities were comprehensive, offering everything from a kids' club and beach activities to specialty restaurants. There was something for everyone, whether adults looking to relax or children wanting to play

Our stay at the three-bedroom garden pool villa at New World Phu Quoc Resort was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations! The villa itself was incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout

Opening the French windows revealed a private pool and a beautifully manicured garden, creating a serene and lush atmosphere. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive

All three bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for families traveling with children. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable

From the helpful reminders before check-in to the detailed care provided by our butler during our stay, every little detail made us feel warmly welcomed

We booked a pool access villa ,good check in which was given priority, the room was lovely spacious and welcome desserts and drinks was given

I was on the eighth floor, and I'm not sure what was going on above, but there was a lot of noise very early in the morning, like tables and chairs being dragged around

Every interaction with the resort staff was delightful. I would like to thank the reception staff, Tran, Hoa and everyone else who helped my family for booking the shuttle bus and other request for the rooms

The shower and jacuzzi is too dark. The pool doesnt look clean, but it's part of the nature. The resort swimming pool is very nice though! Great food at Coconutz Bar and Beach House

With the beautiful staff at the breakfast, we could start every morning with smile. I highly recommend this resort who wants to have nice holiday with family

What an amazing beach resort for couple, family with kids or even single travelers. I gave top marks for their service

Excellent! The service was great, and they offered free airport shuttle service. The hotel isn't very large, so it never felt crowded, which was nice

The facilities are quite new, and the swimming pool is massive with dining options on both sides, so you can eat right after your swim. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel

The welcome gesture and check in experience was very good, clean rooms, poolside areas are very active, view from the room was very good. Overall good experience and value for money selection!

The service is top-notch; we truly felt at home. We stayed for three nights with our child and it was very comfortable. During the day, we visited the Big World and the zoo in the north

Delivers, rooms are clean, grounds are clean, the staff are all very friendly. Great saxophone player by the pool

15 mins distance from the airport and the swimming pool is nice 😊 the restaurant for meals are good 👍. Unfortunately, the manner of your front desk staff was rude 😤

The environment, breakfast, and service were all good. There were also many families with young children, and we participated in the Kid's Club activities

Attentive staff, lovely clean room, nice breakfast, nice swimming pool and private beach - highly recommend

The hotel was a bit inflexible. I realized I booked the wrong dates nearly 10 days in advance and wanted to change them, but they charged a 100 RMB fee

We had a wonderful time at there. Room is big and cleaned. Breakfast is also good variety and yummy. Will definitely come back again.

The beach was nice, with very fine sand, and it was suitable for swimming

Hotel staff is friendly & they can speak decent English. Overall it was a great stay, hope they can improve the sound proof also some safety features in the bathroom. It can be quite slippery when it’s wet

The hotel's overall environment is fantastic, making it perfect for a family trip. You can enjoy a relaxing vacation with your children without even needing to leave the hotel

It boasts an infinity pool that blends seamlessly with the sea and sky, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, all facing the ocean – perfect for watching the sunset

The infinity pool is beautiful

The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a great help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious

This beachfront hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's really hard to get a room, probably because it's one of the newer hotels on Phu Quoc closest to the night market

Amazing destination and hotel, i have a wonderful trips to this hotel with nice scenery and, enjoy the fiod in coral restaurant. Is all good.

The hotel has a children's football field, a rich breakfast, and a beautiful, photogenic environment. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance to Sunset Town. The hotel also has a quiet private beach

Unit 3 has a fantastic location, with direct access to the shell pool downstairs

I heard that hotels in Phu Quoc are attractions in themselves even before I arrived, and the JW Marriott definitely proved that to be true. It's truly beautiful, and there are people taking pictures everywhere you look

The hotel is beautiful and the beach has incredibly fine sand. The beachfront is really special with dozens of meters of shallow water, and it's not crowded at all. Kids can swim safely, and adults can even go boating

The rooms are spacious, and the overall environment is beautiful, pleasant, and cozy. Breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious and nutritious options. The hotel truly has a wonderful atmosphere

This trip to Phu Quoc, both hotels I stayed at charged me for an extra bed, but then didn't actually provide it. Marriott compensated me with a food voucher, so that was a minor hiccup

The resort has private beach, specially nice view pool and restaurant. We were free upgraded to the villa area because the building is still in the construction. We will come back when it is finished all

Had a great stay, room facing the ocean. They have a wonderful pool an very good pizza&pasta. Staff superfriendly. The hotel is still in construction so for now small an exclusive.

Food and cocktails are fantastic. The pool is beautiful. A must to visit or dine

Good stuff good stuff, but the colour of the rooms could be brighter because it's too dark and it make me sad

Turkey, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Korea, Dominicana, Indonesia, Russia India, Portugal, Maroc, Georgia, but what we faced at Salinda resort is the top level comparing with them! Definitely I recommend this hotel to everyone, even for families with children (we stayed with 2 kids, 5y

Dear Thomas, Thank you for waiting. Normally, I don't leave any review and feedback for hotels. However, for Salinda, I'd like to make an exemption. The experience me and my family had is the most exciting ever

The service is also great, and there are plenty of loungers by the beach and pool. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, not noisy, perfect for a pleasant evening. One small note: the sea here usually has some natural sediment, so the water is more cloudy compared to La Veranda

The facilities and hygiene are top-notch, truly a well-established resort hotel. The overall environment has a distinctive Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style, which is very charming

The fish and seafood were perfectly cooked, and the sauces were well balanced without overpowering the dishes. Service was calm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive

A great hotel for families! The rooms are well-equipped with excellent facilities, and the private pool is a lot of fun. Service was always prompt whenever we needed anything, and the hotel breakfast was delicious.

I felt very relaxed while visiting the island. There are full day tours of the islands and great options too! My family decided not to participate in any tours because we wanted to relax on the island instead

Staff are amazing, very friendly and would go above and beyond if you need anything and a very big swimming pool too. Buffet breakfast are also amazing with lots of different food

I would say on the overall it was ok for the price and for my kids to experience a pool villa, but the entire Vinpearl complex is dated and kinda eerie. Staff were helpful and nice

The pool water was also a bit dirty, with quite a lot of dead bugs in it. The main pool was also small for a hotel this scale

What could be better than an incredible dinner on the beach? Oh, how about dinner on the beach with a live DJ AND a fire show!! Delicious food, outstanding ambiance- a must-do experience! I apologize for not sharing pictures of the food but we were so excited that we ate without taking pictures of it

Peaceful location next to the beach. Room was very clean and modern and staff were friendly.

Although it is bit isolated, it is close to the beach 3 min walk and the sea view from top floor gives you the best sun set views! we had the room on 8F and it was breathtaking to watch sunset while there was someone paragliding at the sea and we watched it against the deep red sky in the evening…:) I loved the hospitality of the staff, they really made me feel like king! language was not a barrier...

Good neighborhood. The main advantage is the large rooms! The beach is nearby. Our flight was rescheduled, so we happily spent the day at the beach and by the pool, leaving our belongings at the hotel.

For the price we paid the hotel was great. The pool was big and very quiet. The room was big and the view was amazing. A few things that could be improved, we wanted food around the pool but there was no menu

They upgraded us to an executive suite which was huge and had a very nice jacuzzi in the bathroom. Great view and close to the night market for food, drinks and shopping!

All good just the location of hotel is not in city .And the hotel staff is very welcoming and nice ambience.

However, after several nights, not a single mosquito bit me. The hotel clearly takes pest control seriously, and they've even sealed up all the wooden gaps in the rooms, so there's no need to worry about geckos

The air conditioning and hot water were much better than I expected. And of course, the beautiful scenery goes without saying. The genuine and simple smiles of the staff are something I'll truly miss after leaving!

This is a place I'll definitely return to for a second time! It was such a pleasant surprise! Initially, I saw many reviews about insects, ants, and geckos, so I didn't have high hopes

This is an eco-friendly hotel and it's absolutely beautiful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and delicious. It's also very close to the beach, which is a big plus

My only minor gripe was that the room door was always a bit tricky to open, taking a while each time. Also, the beach was pretty much taken over by Caucasians, and I couldn't find an empty beach chair on the first day

The staff were very welcoming and there's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, plus internal shuttles within the resort. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard

I even got to use the swimming pool, which was a nice bonus

Good service. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Quidt environment

Delicious food. Easy to book a tuktuk. A swimming pool is a little bit dirty.

In my opinion, best place to stay when you visit Phu Quoc City if you want to stay in a place which has a great scenary

There's a bus stop nearby, which made getting around very convenient. However, there was a power outage in the middle of the night for a short while, which was a bit concerning

Nice view, and quite clean, which is rare in Vietnam.

Convenient location, delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. Excellent standards in management, service, and hospitality. A top-tier hotel not just for Siem Reap, but overall.

Amazing place to stay with your family. I took a Villa and it was a nice experience with the pool right outside our window, breakfast is excellent!

As our villa was at the end so it was liked a private pool to ourselves. The beaches weren’t too good as waves were so big and we found out two big drainages were leading to the sea from the villa

The pool is really good with a nice bar inside. The beach was amazing small but clean and prepared. The restaurant had really good food and every night there was a group singing. The buffet breakfast was fantastic

Nestled amidst lush greenery and offering scenic views of the surrounding landscape, this resort provides a peaceful retreat for travelers seeking relaxation and a touch of luxury

Very good services and breakfast provided. Good location and sea view. Highly recommended for holiday trips
