This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc Island. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and you could even iron clothes. The best part is the beach; just lounging around at the hotel was enough to have a great time.

Everything was great for our family of 4 with two young children, except that the queue for breakfast can get really long. Kids enjoyed the pool + beach very much. It’s a nice hotel with an exclusive beach, my room had a sea view, very clean and spacious, just that if you go downtown it will be a bit far away.

Overall, the experience was fantastic! Our stay was amazing. The place is huge, with a lot of villas and three big buildings, but at no point did it feel crowded. There were always enough sunbeds and plenty of space at the pool and the beach. Breakfast was truly amazing, with a great variety, and they provide different shuttle bus routes if you wish to go out and explore.

The best quality of this resort was the amazing view of the big pool to the ocean. The food was delicious but not as amazing as the Sheraton 3 bedrooms apartment resort we stayed few days prior. The hotel has a children's football field, a rich breakfast, and a beautiful, photogenic environment. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance to Sunset Town. The hotel also has a quiet private beach. You can walk along the beach to the neighboring area where there are many lively restaurants and bars.

The hotel is beautiful and the beach has incredibly fine sand. The beachfront is really special with dozens of meters of shallow water, and it's not crowded at all. The beach was lovely and not too crowded, so it felt quite peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and it's conveniently located near the airport with a pickup service that holds a sign. The sunset was absolutely stunning, and the hotel beach is the perfect spot to watch it.

There were quite a few mosquitoes, and the privacy in the cabin's shower felt a bit lacking. The staff were very welcoming and there's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, plus internal shuttles within the resort. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard. Coming during Chinese New Year, the price was triple, so I feel it would be much better value to stay during the off-season.

The environment here is absolutely stunning, perfect for photoshoots. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness beforehand, but it turned out to be spotless. My only minor gripe was that the room door was always a bit tricky to open, taking a while each time. Also, the beach was pretty much taken over by Caucasians, and I couldn't find an empty beach chair on the first day.
