Phu Quoc Island, Ganh Dau Ward, Phu Quoc Island 🧭 Map
Vietnam, O. Phu Quoc island hotel Resort Vinoasis. I don't know why reflect is a 3-star hotel five-star.
The hotel is great. New, clean, luxurious. Huge halls, decorated with marble. There is a casino, the Grand theater building (not working yet). Nice, comfortable rooms. Very good buffet restaurant, me Vietnamese food very much, especially the opportunity to eat soup for Breakfast, lunch and dinner...
The hotel is nice! But...the attitude of the staff when you check in it's something. We have deliberately not settled up to 2 days, although I have brought them up photos that any cleaning work room are not maintained, they told me that this is not our room, but in the end was our. The Chinese colonize quickly for half an hour,we Russians only in 2 hours, even though we arrived at 9 am. To eat if you are...
Highly recommended for families with children! Amusement Park, Safari Park with animals, beautiful sea. The hotel is definitely worth the money! Highly recommend to take unlimited pass for attractions and Safari Park. Need at least 4 days to see everything. Carry them free of charge from the hotel on request.
Great hotel for "seal" rest and rest with children. If you wish free of satvas to the center twice a day. Here is everything you need: pool, nice beach, gym, Spa, sauna, Hammam, restaurants with varied cuisine. Your water Park for hotel guests only. Pleasant staff. Maid service 2 times a day.
Wonderful hotel with large, well-groomed territory. At the reception English speaking staff. There is a nursery with English speaking staff where you can leave children up to 12 years. Amusement Park, city, Safari Park, - free Shuttle buses. About the hotel has its own small water Park.

Nice stay overall. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. However, the hygiene could be improved as some areas did not feel very clean. The buffet breakfast was average and the food selection repeated over the two days we stayed.
The family room was essentially a standard room with a connecting door to a double room. The facilities were comparable to a typical hotel in China.
The hotel's swimming pool is lovely, and you can catch the Phu Quoc Grand World fireworks from the pool area at 9:55 PM on Saturday nights. It's only about a four-minute walk to the clock tower near Phu Quoc Grand World.
The breakfast buffet didn't have...
The location is superb, right on the street next to Phu Quoc Grand World. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and the service is excellent. They even proactively helped us call a driver when calling a Grab at night was too expensive. The kids' playroom is clean and a good size. When we checked out to transfer to another nearby hotel, they even helped us call the other hotel's complimentary shuttle...
I would recommend this hotel, big pool can see fire work from room . It’s close to tourist attractions, within walking and there are many restaurants nearby .
4/5 Stars – Perfect Base for Grand World!
Stayed here to be close to the action and it didn’t disappoint. You’re right in the heart of Grand World, so walking to the shows and restaurants is incredibly easy. The pool is massive and very clean. Rooms are on the smaller side but modern and functional. It can get a bit loud during breakfast and peak times because of the size of the hotel, but for the...
This hotel is located in the north of Phu Quoc and boasts beautiful French-style architecture that looks stunning when lit up at night. The ambiance is lovely, with fragrant frangipani trees adding to the pleasant atmosphere.
The pool is large, clean, and 1.2m deep, open from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Breakfast requires facial recognition for entry and offers a wide variety of food. The pho is especially...

Good hotel, convenient and beautiful venue. Good service. Good gym! Comfortable rooms. Huge comfortable bathroom! To improve: breakfast.
I previously left a short review, so I'll add a bit more.
- The hygiene was acceptable, pretty standard, not exceptionally clean but tolerable.
- The service attitude was average. Perhaps it's just the local vibe, but they weren't overly enthusiastic, though you'd occasionally find some friendly staff. However, if you had a request, they could generally sort it out.
- The resort environment was good...
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Vinpearl Resort & Spa for consistently providing high-quality service with great attention to comfort. I truly enjoyed a relaxing and wonderful stay. Looking forward to meeting again in the future.
This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on Phu Quoc Island. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and you could even iron clothes. The best part is the beach; just lounging around at the hotel was enough to have a great time.
Our stay with children was quite disappointing as the hotel is far from family-friendly. The beach party held at night played extremely loud music that persisted late into the night, which severely disturbed our rest and made it nearly impossible for the kids to fall asleep. What’s worse, the hotel did not inform us about the beach party and the potential noise in advance. If we had received a prior...
When I came here over ten years ago, I thought it was fantastic. Now, of course, the hotel is quite old, and I couldn't even find a good spot to charge my phone. However, the huge swimming pool, along with the clear, calm beach and fine sand, are still the biggest highlights. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the 'Big World' (Grand World), making it very convenient for dining. If you're traveling...

Convenient hotel to night market, good breakfast with large variety of cuisines. Nice kids playgroup and kids club. Swimming pools is nice but closed early AT 7PM.
Breakfast was my favorite part, such a big selection and everything tasted great 😊🙏 Even gluten-free options!
We had a sea view room, and it was 100% worth it. Would definitely recommend. The bed was super comfy.
Didn’t use the pool, but the beach was really nice.
Everything was great for our family of 4 with two young children, except that the queue for breakfast can get really long. Kids enjoyed the pool + beach very much. There is also a little night market located opposite the hotel (walkable) the only downside for us is that it’s located a bit further from most of the attraction places we visited but overall, satisfied and would definitely recommend.
I wish they would clean up the sand on the beach—it’s full of trash. The beach and the sea aren’t exactly the best on the island. The pool is great; you can swim in the shade of the palm trees even when it’s scorching hot. But the water in the pool is murky.
Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and it was impressive how the restaurant staff managed to serve such a large number of guests efficiently. Special thanks to the dining staff for their hard work.
However, the overall experience does not meet 5-star standards. The sea is not clear, and the pools did not feel perfectly clean. There was...
The location is great but it was super crowded, hard to find a table for breakfast. The pool is amazing, plus now they have a sunset beach bar, which is also super cool. Great place to stay.

We were given free upgrade to suite. My trip 2nd day breakfast was great! The location is beside ******, night entertainment is covered.
Overall massage, avocado and coconut ice cream was very nice in Phu Quoc. 😊
Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort was very convenient and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was clean, and the hotel is close to the beach. Our family was very satisfied with our stay.
Very near to Grand world attractions and free buggy service 7/24
The location of the resort is the USP. They have a wonderful swimming pool, there is a decent indoor kids play area. The breakfast spread is good, overall dining experience in the two restaurants in this property was fantastic. The front desk handling of customers is something which is the laggard. They can do a lot better in terms of customer service and timeliness in terms of responding to the guests...
Fantastic ambiance, and the shuttle service to and from the hotel was incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. Since we booked for three nights, they even upgraded our room and meals. We'll definitely be back here for our next vacation!
They arranged a room with three beds for us. There was a small stain on one of the pillows, but otherwise, it was pretty good. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the service was excellent. There are many free shuttles to Phu Quoc Grand World, the night market, and the airport, but you need to book them in advance. The beach is also nice, with lots of activities. Really quaint and lovely resort which is just the right size without having to walk too much from room to pools or beach. Tbh, as online reviews go, Housekeeping is really meh, despite best efforts. Resort credit for meals is a good deal. There is a marina with good local dishes 5 minutes along the beachside walk, which we really recommend. Really accessible via grab. Food was good. Overall recommend...
Awesome resort, can largely stay inside the resort and enjoy. City is a bit chaotic.
We came to Phu Quoc for a Chinese New Year vacation with our three kids, and specifically chose the InterContinental. The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. The hotel did an amazing job with the Chinese New Year decorations; every corner and detail was beautifully arranged, making it easy to snap great photos anywhere. There are several restaurants, and I highly recommend...
We added an extra bed and were upgraded to a triple room. The hotel's pool, beach, and kids' water park are all great, and there's a kids' club available. Both the Sora & UMI restaurants offer delicious breakfast and dinner, though the efficiency is a major drawback. Despite many empty tables, we still had to wait for breakfast. The Sea Shack restaurant had a lot of flies, and the breakfast was basic...
Maybe it was due to the sheer number of rooms, but check-in, check-out, and breakfast all involved queues, giving me the impression of being in Sanya during Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; even after checking out, there are still public amenities like the kids' club, a pool with public showers, a game room, and a lounge where you can pass the time, which was a huge plus...
Late arrival into Phu Quoc and this was a last minute booking as my original reservation on another booking site was a fake listing where the villa does not exist. Perfect resort hotel for family with kids. The pool, beach and water park are perfect. Kids will surely enjoy their stay with great foods and facilities.
Booked a two-bedroom villa but was given a three-bedroom, though we weren't allowed to use the extra room.
The hygiene was quite poor.
Good for families with seniors as all rooms are bungalows, making it easy to get around.
The beach and pool are excellent.
The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small.
I had pleasant stay in that hotel. There are few restaurants choices which makes it convinient for guests to try different types of cousins. Villa was clean and comfortable. Staff at the breakfast restaurant is absolutely professional and friendly. Whatever needed to be fixed, or arranged was done fast by front desk. Be aware that there are many guests during the peak season, so it’s not easy to find...
Our stay at the three-bedroom garden pool villa at New World Phu Quoc Resort was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations!
The villa itself was incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout. All three bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for families traveling with children. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Opening the French...
The hotel's beach, pool, and water park are all great, and the breakfast is fantastic. There's also a shuttle bus to Sunset Town. However, the housekeeping is quite subpar; they consistently forget to provide fresh towels, and they never bother to clean the leaves out of the villa's private pool.
The room is comfortable and clean.

I've been here a few days and stayed at three hotels. The Hilton was convenient, the Crowne Plaza was in the north, but this Pullman had the most comfortable service. Even though they're all built in remote areas, this hotel offers a free shuttle to places with supermarkets and restaurants. Check-in is at 3 PM. We had executive lounge access. You can choose to dine on the 1st or 9th floor, though most...
We chose Pullman for its convenient location near the airport and its excellent facilities. We stayed for four nights and truly enjoyed the private beach and swimming pool. Staff are great and we have had a fantastic experience, great free bus into the town that is useful for gpjng out for dinner. The beach bar happy hour could stay before sundown and the food could be improved there though, breakfast was great though
The room was spacious and comfortable with great facilities. We had direct access to the pool from our patio doors. The beach sand was incredibly fine, and we saw lots of fish and crabs. Both the buffet and dinner at the restaurant were good. The seafood set menu was a bit pricey, comparable to what you'd pay in China, but the taste was definitely worth it. The service was truly excellent; since we...
The hotel environment is pretty good, though the price was a bit high due to the Chinese New Year. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory. It's also very close to the beach! The breakfast was a bit limited, but the fruit was excellent.

Everything was fantastic – private beach, great breakfast, a nice pool, and an amazing view from our balcony!

Nice view from the room
The environment is very pleasant, making it a good choice for those looking to relax and enjoy a slower-paced trip. The location is convenient, especially for accessing attractions in the northern area. It is more suitable for families traveling together, while it may feel slightly less ideal for couples seeking a more romantic experience.
The hotel has a beautiful design and is very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As we arrived early and were unable to check in yet, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel. And we had to leave very early for our return flight and could not enjoy the hotel breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to have at the airport. The hotel’s beach was...
It’s a nice hotel with an exclusive beach, my room had a sea view, very clean and spacious, just that if you go downtown it will be a bit far away.
Overall, the experience was fantastic!
Our stay was amazing. The place is huge, with a lot of villas and three big buildings, but at no point did it feel crowded. There were always enough sunbeds and plenty of space at the pool and the beach. Breakfast was truly amazing, with a great variety, and they provide different shuttle bus routes if you wish to go out and explore.

Phu Quoc Island, Khu Du Lich Bai Dai, Gành Dầu, Phú Quốc, Ganh Dau 🧭 Map
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location, rooms, and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was during breakfast — sometimes the staff brought a different order than what was requested, and the coffee could take up to 20 minutes to arrive. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I had a pleasant stay.
Hotel was beautiful right on the beach and the staff very young and enthusiastic. It was great to see them being given an opportunity to work for such a big company.
The pool areas were a bit odd no handrail into the pool and difficult to see the steps and shallow pools due to the dark tiles.
On a general note Phu Quoc is beautiful but the rubbish left ( not in the hotel) on the side of the road ...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at crown plaza and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.

How should I put it? It's just okay. It feels like all the hotels here are built in the middle of nowhere. It's closer to Grand World Phu Quoc, and they offer a free shuttle there. The breakfast was good though.
The room was clean. The pool water could use some improvement, but the environment and location were good. It's very close to VinWonders, Vinpearl Safari, and Grand World Phu Quoc. The service was also excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. Overall, it was good, and I recommend it.
The room was clean and tidy, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, a coffee machine, and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Excellent! The service was great, and they offered free airport shuttle service.
The hotel isn't very large, so it never felt crowded, which was nice. Breakfast was just okay, enough to fill you up, but the Chinese food options were quite limited.

The best quality of this resort was the amazing view of the big pool to the ocean. The food was delicious but not as amazing as the Sheraton 3 bedrooms apartment resort we stayed few days prior. The fitness centre was a little small but still contained. Price was reasonable. We would rate it as 4 stars hotel. Definitely not a 5 stars as they claimed.
The hotel facilities are quite new, and the environment is pleasant, just what I imagined.

The room was pretty good. I stayed on the 7th floor, next to the terrace, which offered a panoramic sea view. The scenery was beautiful. The hotel breakfast was excellent. After breakfast, I went straight to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze, which was very refreshing.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Phu Quoc Night Market, which has a lot of local goods – I highly recommend checking it out. The hotel itself is decent, and the breakfast is good. The infinity pool is beautiful.
The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a great help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. Amazing destination and hotel, i have a wonderful trips to this hotel with nice scenery and, enjoy the fiod in coral restaurant. Is all good.
With very good view. Staff nice.
Breakfast buffet is good.
Only the soundproofing material is very poor.
This beachfront hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's really hard to get a room, probably because it's one of the newer hotels on Phu Quoc closest to the night market. The hotel has a children's football field, a rich breakfast, and a beautiful, photogenic environment. There's a free shuttle bus at the entrance to Sunset Town. The hotel also has a quiet private beach. You can walk along the beach to the neighboring area where there are many lively restaurants and bars.
The hotel is beautiful and the beach has incredibly fine sand. The beachfront is really special with dozens of meters of shallow water, and it's not crowded at all. Kids can swim safely, and adults can even go boating. The hotel's greenery is also stunning. The only downside is that the beds are too soft; I woke up with a backache.
The room was beautiful, clean, and right by the sea – absolutely stunning! The service was excellent, definitely 5 stars. I'd love to go back if I get the chance. Unit 3 has a fantastic location, with direct access to the shell pool downstairs.
I heard that hotels in Phu Quoc are attractions in themselves even before I arrived, and the JW Marriott definitely proved that to be true. It's truly beautiful, and there are people taking pictures everywhere you look. It was originally Lamarck University, and now it's a hotel. The hotel still showcases the university's history and culture, which gives this JW Marriott a truly unique feel.
Undoubtedly the most beautiful JW Marriott in the world! The hotel boasts a unique style, first-class service, and an incredible beach club. Close to the beach, nice environment.
Nice view, and quite clean, which is rare in Vietnam.

The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. This hotel is huge! I didn't expect a random booking to turn out to be so well-located and great value for money. The front desk and bell staff were particularly excellent. We stayed 7 nights at Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc as a family and had a wonderful experience. The villa-style accommodation gave us privacy, space, and a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for traveling with kids.
The resort is beautifully landscaped with lots of greenery, large swimming pools, and easy access to a clean private beach. Breakfast was rich and varied, with good options for both...

Lovely facilities and very serviceminded staff, a big breakfast with a lot to choose between.
The beach was lovely and not too crowded, so it felt quite peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and it's conveniently located near the airport with a pickup service that holds a sign. The sunset was absolutely stunning, and the hotel beach is the perfect spot to watch it.
Amazing everything is perfect i love it ❤️
Locations stuff very 🤩
If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one. The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important!
✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings...
The hotel offers complimentary one-on-one airport transfers! It's very close to the airport, about 15 minutes away! The hotel is compact yet well-designed, with the lobby, pool, beach, and ocean all seamlessly connected – it's really nice! The hotel breakfast is also very extensive and served right by the beach, the setting is absolutely stunning! The spa experience at the hotel was fantastic – highly...
Would highly recommend this hotel, service could be a bit better but pool, rooms and breakfast were all excellent

The food was great surprisingly, breakfast was delicious various choices, good definitely will comebac
There were quite a few mosquitoes, and the privacy in the cabin's shower felt a bit lacking. The staff were very welcoming and there's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, plus internal shuttles within the resort. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard. Coming during Chinese New Year, the price was triple, so I feel it would be much better value to stay during the off-season.
This is a place I'll definitely return to for a second time! It was such a pleasant surprise! Initially, I saw many reviews about insects, ants, and geckos, so I didn't have high hopes. However, after several nights, not a single mosquito bit me. The hotel clearly takes pest control seriously, and they've even sealed up all the wooden gaps in the rooms, so there's no need to worry about geckos. The...
The environment here is absolutely stunning, perfect for photoshoots. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness beforehand, but it turned out to be spotless. My only minor gripe was that the room door was always a bit tricky to open, taking a while each time. Also, the beach was pretty much taken over by Caucasians, and I couldn't find an empty beach chair on the first day.
Very rustic jungle vibe, the hotel isn't too big, but overall it's great value for money. Recommended.
This is an eco-friendly hotel and it's absolutely beautiful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and delicious. It's also very close to the beach, which is a big plus. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend it to everyone!
