Greenery Hotel in Da Nang

We stayed at Greenery Hotel for 3 days in Vietnam and booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was not very satisfactory.

Two of the rooms had serious issues:

• In one room, the bed sheets and blanket were not changed before we checked in. It was obvious they had been used by previous guests, which was very disappointing and unhygienic.

• In another room, the bathroom shower head was broken and not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable to use.

Only one room met basic expectations, but overall, the stay did not meet the standard we expected.

We hope the hotel management will improve cleanliness, maintenance, and room inspection before guests check in. These are basic things that greatly affect the guest experience.
