I was surprised by the presence of a bathtub, but the staff couldn't get me a kettle three times; they gave me a broken one each time. To get hot water, I had to press the black lever in front of the bathroom entrance.
The location is excellent, next to the Dragon Bridge and close to GO.

Good hotel with nice staff, good location with many delicious restaurant around. The furnitures quite new, cleanly & quiet room. The price is good.

We booked the hotel from 23 to 26 august 2016 1 week before hand, we reserved for couple deluxe room but when we arrived they arranged us for standard room and told us deluxe rooms were full. Although they did compensate us with family room in the ground floor but it was an awful experience. The room was pretty clean but quite noisy and someone was continuously trying to open our door and the staff did not clean our room the 2nd day. Moreover, the most annoying thing was that no internet connection though the wifi signal was strong. I did call the receptionist to fix it many times and even told the manager about it the next day but the problem still remained. After we checked out this morning, we could not be happy more. Now, we are in Golden bell homestay in Hoi An, an amazing place to feel actually relax again. Its on 69 Hai Thuong Lan Ong st, Hoi An. I recommend you to stay here if you go to Hoi An.

The hotel is in relatively average condition. But the price is cheap. The beds, towels, linens, and cleanliness are all fine. However, what I really disliked was the lack of windows. It's like being in a crypt. Only in the hallway and stairwell, but they're almost all closed. Therefore, the damp smell is noticeable. The staff was also unfriendly. A kettle and hairdryer are provided when available. I received one. However, the hosts were very unfriendly. Water in the refrigerator turned out to be paid.
The only convenient location for me was the proximity to the consulate and the bank, since I was solving some issues. Otherwise, it wasn't great. There's a supermarket nearby, and not far away is a store that sells prepared food, cups, and free hot water. Very convenient.

I booked this hotel in April 2023 and I had large apartments 35-40 square meters and I really liked it. Three months later I booked a room in this hotel again but the service wasn’t that good as last time. I have got a small room around 15 square meters, and bed sheets were still bad washed with dots on pillows, small table with broken socket so that I couldn’t charge my phone near the bed. Finally, the toilet wasn’t washed I saw dry urine from the previous guest on the toilet seat. Bad service this time!
