Initially, I was given room 202, which had windows facing the entrance and road noise. It was an okay room overall, but the water heater broke the next morning. We were then moved to room 302, which was worse: no windows, two small beds, no fresh air, and a clogged shower drain. The hotel didn't seem fully booked either. In the evening, I spotted a large cockroach near the toilet. I understand the climate, but this was the first place I've seen them (not even in hostels), and as someone with a phobia, it was very unpleasant. Frankly, the hotel really needs renovation and a deep clean. Among the staff, the cleaner was the friendliest, but she was quite noisy in the hallways in the mornings. Also, the blankets in the second room didn't have duvet covers, and the one in the first room was torn. The top floor, with its bridge view, could have been nicely set up as a lounge area instead of being cluttered with plants. In short, it's fine for a one-night stay, but don't expect a pleasant experience without 'surprises.' Only the location is good.

There aren't even any ants! But then again, there's no kettle either. Or hot water... It's dirty. Not terribly so, but you definitely can't call it clean. The doors are very thin, and people smoke right outside the door on the shared balcony.

The cleanliness was moderate.Have daily housekeeping. Need Google translate to communicate with the staff in English.Location is near with the dragon bridge. It's a budget stay for a solo traveller.Thank you for upgrading the room.

The place was very clean and comfortable. All amenities were provided, except for a hairdryer. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Dragon Bridge.

I came here comfortably as a solo male traveler. The facilities are old, but the people are kind and the price is cheap, so it wasn't bad. If you're getting around by scooter, the location isn't bad either. From the 4th floor up, you can even see the dragon spitting fire from your room. I bought some snacks and beer and watched it from my room. However, that might just be because I'm used to Vietnam. If you're with family or a partner, this isn't the place for you. It's for solo men looking for a cheap and comfortable stay.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room: dirty glasses, ants, trash, etc. A pair of flip-flops was missing, and we couldn't get the laundry service advertised. The lady was unpleasant and strictly refused to offer us this service, even for a fee. It's a shame, because the hotel is well-located and comfortable, and the experience could have been much better.

We had stayed at this hotel before and were very satisfied, so we returned. Unfortunately, the room was dirty: trash, dirty glasses, ants, etc. We were disappointed. Nevertheless, the bedding is very comfortable and the location is great, right next to the Dragon Bridge.

Staying in this hotel in 4days and 3nights is worth it.
The staff was good, the check-in process was smooth, and my room had a breathtaking view of dragon bridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean. We definitely recommend this hotel. 🥰
