Stained sheets, used bottles on tub, the shower gel we were given was used already, dirty tub, stained towels, persistent drain flies. Fruit flies covering the fruit on the alter at the front desk, horrible smell throughout the hotel. The front desk girl was nice, location close to the beach, and the AC worked- that’s all I liked. We only stayed there for 8 hours.

Rooms are good, reasonably priced. Had some construction going on in and out of the building.
Extended my stay and payd some extra, but they didn't write it down, so I had to pay again.
Didn't have time to wait for the cctv footage as I was going to airport.

As other reviews stated, no windows can be closed properly all over the building. It sounds unbelievable, but that's true. I asked at the reception, and they confirmed it. Vietnam is one of the most noisy countries in the world, and the street beneath the building is one of the most noisy of Da Nang: everybody honks the horns continuously, including trucks and bus drivers. Very loud karaoke, djset, live music, all at the same time in the evening till 11pm will drive you crazy if you stay inside. When it's rainy you will find some water inside.

I tried this hotel twice. Both times they put me in the same room with broken window. The first time I asked to change the room, and they did, but the second time they didn't, and I gave up.

Really easy to find, well located with access to a plethora -- a smorgasbord!! -- of cafes, restaurants, bakeries and barbers. The bed was, if anything, /too big!/, and made me feel like I took up too little space... sad to be alone... But it was comfortable and I left feeling chipper. And for the price listed: excellent deal.

Customer service is subpar at best, unresponsive and unorganized! There is a foul odour once you step in to the rooms. Washrooms are cramp and hazardous, only burning scalding hot water is available! The upside is the wi-fi connection and speed. Air-con is degradable, even a handheld portable fan is better. Rather spend more money to stay at reputable hotel like Crowne or the intercontinental!
