Da Nang Bay Hotel in Da Nang

Booked this hotel because of the location, the bathtub and the pics which looked nice and modern. DO NOT BE FOOLED! I think the photos were taken circa 2005-2010.
At reception we had no cause for concern but that all changed pretty quickly. Firstly, the lift smelled like urine we literally had to hold our breath on the way up. The room itself smelled like cigarette smoke, the pillows and bedding were no longer white and had a very old musty smell, towels also very old and hard. Tried to run a hot bath and relax but the hot water ran out so I came back to find a cold tub. We could hear the discussions next door and people moving around above us. Checked in at 10pm and had checked out by 11pm. Avoid this hotel unless you want an unpleasant experience.

I wanted to stay an extra day, but all the hotels for that day were fully booked. I chose a nearby hotel that looked decent in the photos, but I forgot to check the reviews. I didn't expect it to be fancy, but it was a huge disappointment. The room was stuffy, the refrigerator wasn't working, and there were ants. It was a double room, but one of the doors led nowhere. I really paid money but didn't dare stay… I immediately changed hotels. I really hope the platform can refund half of my money to soothe my traumatized feelings.

The location is very remote, the room is very small, the sink in the bathroom is very dirty and has not been cleaned at all, and the sound insulation is very poor. I was woken up by the noise from the neighbor at 11pm and didn't fall asleep until 1am.

Very bad, the soundproofing of the room is the worst I have ever stayed in. It is not worth the price. You can stay in a better hotel at this price. It is not a hotel that I booked late for a trip, so I would not choose it if I could not stay in the same hotel with my family for one night.

I booked to stay at this hotel, and I couldn’t even stay because how bad it is. The room was a complete disappointment. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in multiple spots, making the place look neglected and rundown. To make matters worse, there was an awful, musty smell that lingered throughout the room—like it hadn't been properly aired out in years. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. It also has very misleading photos. I do not understand how people have had a good time here. Very disappointed

Nasty hotel. Walked into a lobby to check in and there was a dead cockroach on the floor and lots of hungry little kittens. Then went to the room to find bed bugs. I walked down to reception and told the attendant. He did nothing about it. We decided not to stay

Very dirty, and the front desk guy is unpleasant and doesn't work very well. He gave us the room that had a large cockroach inside and two small ones. We told him, and he killed it with his flip-flops and was going to leave, but we had to beg him to give us a new one. The new room he gave us had a small cockroach and was infested with ants. Everything was dirty. The restaurant is disgusting, and they store breakfast in bags in an unsanitary manner. I would never return.
