Main feedback that quite annoyed me was that everytime I book a grab bike or grab food it will be delivered OUTSIDE the hotel as the hotel refuses entry to any grab bikes. So its quite irritating to walk the long walkway of 200m just to get to the bike when they could have rode it in.
In addition the actual location of this hotel is far from everything, the only attraction it is near is Marble Mountain.
