Excellent Villa! The property, services, and management were incredible. The owner is extremely attentive, the amenities (bicycle and moto) were great perks, and the breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is truly amazing. We travel for about 5 months every year to lots of different countries and have never stayed anywhere as special as this. From the moment you arrive they are just so kind and welcoming. The property is covered in beautiful flowers with passers by constantly taking photos. The rooms are very authentic and very clean. They will even book you tickets and taxis much cheaper than you can get them anywhere else! They provide a free laundry service which is back in 3 hours, bicycles are available or they will just give you a lift into town, all included in the very affordable price. We will be staying here again next year, as it now has a very special place in our hearts.

This is the most beautiful riverside property, as evidenced by many people stopping here for a photo opportunity. The bungalow overlooking the café and garden is spacious (the shower being a highlight!), very clean and accessible through a separate staircase, so there is enough privacy even when there are guests downstairs. The host and her family are so incredibly friendly and helpful, we could not have felt at home any more than we did. Whether it's laundry, bike rental, any desires regarding transportation or tours, and of course food or drinks, they will go out of their way to help you. This has been a wonderful time and will be our #1 choice for any future stays in Hoi An for sure.

Went to the Khamy Cafe on the Riverside for coffees, and WOW, what a beautiful place, it is a true secret garden. Was so stoked that we found it. You must visit, heaps of kodak spots and lovely people. Sit by the river, the garden or up on the deck and soak in the serenity. Was truly a special spot.

Extraordinary Gem
This place is an extraordinary gem. A MUST stay. Location - it’s on the river east of town, along a minor road that is mostly cycling and walking. Easy beautiful walk/cycle into town, with restaurants on the river along the way. Place - you have to see this place to believe it. Entire site is covered with flowers and lanterns. People stop to take pictures. It also doubles as a cafe, with 5 different pretty outdoor seating areas. Room - delightfully cosy and unique. Ask for the river view 2nd floor with the great view. Staff - Yun is a fabulous host. She’s always attentive to your needs. The rest of the staff are great too. Breakfast - included, and they make it personally for you. Other - they have free bikes, an airport shuttle service that saves money. City - Hoi An is a MUST visit in Southeast Asia. So much to see and do. Beautiful town, especially at night along the river. Definitely see the countryside by bicycle or scooter, and there are beautiful beaches in cycling distance or short taxi ride.

Khamy Riverside is an absolute gem of a place. It's visually stunning and the service is world class. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure you are well cared for. The coconut coffee and egg coffee were the best we had in the whole of Vietnam. The coffee is made with special Kangen water that has many health benefits, chiefly it is super alkalising for your body. Breakfast choices were amazing and the bahn mi that were on offer were from the famous Bahn Mi Phuong. They only serve breakfast here. You are spoiled for choice in terms of food all around the area so it was no issue to get lunch and dinner elsewhere. We stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the river with this interesting bathtub with 3 styles of shower heads. Our lovely host did all of our laundry at no charge and gave us free use of their bicycles. She also helped drive us to Vinwonders when we couldn't find the shuttle bus to get there! Honestly she is just amazing. Old town was a short bike ride away and An Bang beach was also within cycling distance through some very cool rice paddy's. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay that is centrally located and only a shirt bike ride to town ( or a 20min walk) with exceptional customer service than look no further.
