A fantastic find, we had a wonderful stay and sad to leave. All the staff were amazing, the owner is clearly very involved but he also has a fantastic team working with him. From the breakfast chef, the cleaners, handymen and front of house, all friendly polite and helpful. Our room was lovely, we picked a room on third floor at the back of the hotel with a larger balcony. View overlooks the waterway and islands behind, great sunrise and sunsets! Everything we needed in the room was provided and it was wonderfully comfortable and relaxing. It is located a little way out of town which suited us perfectly, we walked or cycled into town at least twice each day. Great little local restaurant/cafes across the road too and easy access for the memories show. We borrowed bikes for free from the hotel to cycle into town, to the beach and to local islands. The staff were incredibly caring, even making me honey drinks when I had a cough. Great breakfast too, cooking items to order as well as a great fresh buffet selection, they make the most amazing homemade yogurt. Shower was great and there was even a bath with a view over the landscape for those so inclined. Fridge, safe etc all provided. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay with regular mopping and sweeping. We felt welcome and cared for, it was a wonderful stay. They even provided early breakfast for us on the day we left and were helpful in organising tickets, cars etc. Thank you to all the team. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and felt very comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff, lovely atmosphere. Everything was very clean, beautiful rooms and great breakfast. Bicycles were available. The location is great. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you very much 🥰

Thank you Mr Ho and staff for making our stay so enjoyable. What a fantastic experience we had at the Villa. We were warming welcomed and treated like family, giving us the space to do what we wanted and offering suggestions when requested. The Villa was built by Mr Ho and he has every right to feel proud of what he has achieved and continues to do so. Ms Vi and Ms Nia, you are beautiful professional ladies, thank you so much for your kindness and concern when I took ill. Your local knowledge and helpful suggestions were spot on. To the wonderful chef, how do you make the world best omelette,jams and pancakes. Your friendly smile each morning was something we looked forward to. The lovely lady who cleaned our room daily thank you, everything was perfectly clean and presented. Thank you Mr Ho, it was a pleasure to stay at the Quin Riverside Villa.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast and especially extremely nice and accommodating staff.
The location is just outside the busy and noisy area, but they have bikes to easily get into the old city quarter and around Hoi An. Definitely recommended!

Quit, clean, safe beautiful accommodations
We had a river/garden view room with balcony on the 3rd floor. View was beautiful. Room was bigger than expected with King size bed and nice sitting area, with views of the river. Fresh fruit, flowers, and a welcome note. Open area to hang clothes but no other options to store clothes (packing cubes on the shelf beneath the hanging clothes worked fine for us). Separate toilet room with sink outside toilet room. Shower/bathtub room with views of the river. Small fridge, hot water pot and coffee maker. AC & ceiling fan was sufficient. Quiet inside room. Outside, could hear chickens and birds; water buffalo on the shore. Refreshing small pool and outdoor area. Easy to communicate with staff before arrival and during stay. Friendly, welcoming reception and other staff. Beautiful building and property. About 15 minute walk to Old Town area. Body wash and shampoo provided but no hair conditioner. Bring bath salts for bathtub. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and a selection of hot food. We only had 2 nights here and wish we had more. We're not big city type people and are ok doing day trips from quieter places to stay. Would stay again if I have the opportunity to come back to Hoi An/Da Nang. We highly recommend eating at Morning Glory (Original) for a nice dinner experience (we're foodies and loved this place, in addition to the other smaller places we ate at).

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The pool was clean and very relaxing, and the morning buffet was a real highlight — especially the lovely lady making fresh eggs to order. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and everything was spotless thanks to the sweet and attentive cleaning staff. A special shoutout to Nhi at the reception — she was incredibly helpful, kind, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. In a beautiful area but close to town. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well presented rooms. Free bikes to explore on. We loved it there. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. There is a small pool and plenty of sun Beds if you want to relax.

Everything was perfect! Very beautiful room, yummy breakfast, free bikes and great service - we highly recommend this place! The staff was also very helpful with arranging top tourguides, bus tickets, taylor service etc. Definetely would come again :)

What an amazing small hotel! Our river view room was large and comfortable. Bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed including a kettle, water, robes etc. Well appointed bathroom, toiletries gorgeous smelling. Enjoyed a late afternoon sip in the pool to cool down. And took advantage of the family tailor. Would highly recommend staying here as it's top quality and just a short walk into the bustle of old Hoi An.
