The place is very spacious, and Building 3 is quite new. Many large conferences are held here. I didn't have time to go swimming because my schedule was too tight.

Excellent lotion with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok but all the hotel staff were great. Especially the restaurant server (Ms Tam) was very kind and helpful, as I could not walk around due to my knee injury. She ran extra miles to serve all my needs for the food on my table. The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively. If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area.

It is a resort so a little out of the way from Da Nang central area. However it is a perfect family getaway with restaurants and entertainment area right at your door. Services are amazing, all staffs have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

We booked a two-bedroom sea-view room, but the facilities were really old. The toilet was clogged, and the front door was jammed shut. However, the environment was absolutely stunning, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

The staff were all really kind and helpful. I didn't get to use the pools, but there's one on the first floor and another on the third, and My Khe Beach is just across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants right behind the hotel, which was great because I didn't have to go far to find things to do. ATMs are also plentiful, about a 10-minute walk away.

Good hotel. A solid four! The rooms are tired, but the staff does their job perfectly. The breakfast is not very varied, but you will not go hungry. The sea view is gorgeous. But the soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can't do without earplugs.

The hotel was great and the room was clean. My only issue is that this hotel is out of the city. You’ll have to order most food or take a taxi into the city near My Khe Beach. Great resort and beautiful property. Service and staffs are good. If you're vegetarian, then the breakfast buffet isn't much worth. We happen to see very similar good everyday, so longer stay might not give you variety. The lobby and few parts of resort was under construction.

The Royal, Hoi An.. is a little gem, we were so lucky to have found this very special hotel.  The staff are incredible well trained and friendly, they always smile and go the extra mile .. no matter how inane are questions.  Thank you to each fabulous member of staff..unfortunately, there are too many names to remember.

Amazing breakfast. Loved the room and location. Didn’t get to try out the pool but it looked great.

The hotel rooms are beautifully designed, and the balcony rooms offer a lovely river view. It's super convenient with a coffee shop and spa right near the hotel. In the evenings, there are street food stalls along the river if you fancy a late-night snack. Plus, it's an easy walk from the hotel to Hoi An Ancient Town. Highly recommend!

The building and interior design were elegant, making for a luxurious stay. Although it was located by the river near the old town, noise wasn't much of an issue.

Receptionist can barely speak English so we communicated using Google Translate. Room is spacious but the entire building is relatively old. Cleanliness can be improved as the fan is covered by a thick layer of dust. The location wise is very strategic: next to a convenient store, few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants/spa.

Firstly, there are no sunbeds provided on the beach. More surprisingly, as a hotel guest, I was charged a fee to use a sunbed by the pool - I am shock… The room was average, and the carpets in the common areas had an unpleasant odor. While the breakfast was good and the guest demographic was primarily Korean.

The stay at Haian Hotel was disappointing due to ongoing construction noise. The hotel tried to compensate with drink coupons, but this does not address the actual inconvenience. A proper solution would be to reduce the room rates during construction periods. Pullman Danang Beach Resort has a nice beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. While the setting is pleasant, the overall experience feels fairly standard for what you pay. It’s a decent stay, but the value matches the price rather than exceeding expectations.
