The hotel facilities are perfect. However, the hospitality was disappointing. There were very few staff members, which led to waiting times during check-in and check-out, and we received no explanation regarding the facilities or services.

We booked a two-bedroom sea-view room, but the facilities were really old. The toilet was clogged, and the front door was jammed shut. However, the environment was absolutely stunning, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

The front desk was incredibly slow; the butler only showed up on the first day and was never seen again. The male server at the breakfast restaurant was expressionless, and wouldn't even respond when you said "morning." We stayed at Villa P.28 for 2 weeks. Has been the best trip so far. We didnt run into any problems during our stay. Location is good to hop to town fast with a taxi. (Grab) from the Villas. Will come back here for sure. The small mini mart in side the Villa area could be a bit bigger. Thats why 4/5 services.

We had the pleasure to celebrate Christmas at Furama Villas Danang and it was absolutely amazing experience. Loved their 2 bedroom villa,very spacious and they have so many restaurants. The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively. If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area.

The staff were all really kind and helpful. I didn't get to use the pools, but there's one on the first floor and another on the third, and My Khe Beach is just across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants right behind the hotel, which was great because I didn't have to go far to find things to do. ATMs are also plentiful, about a 10-minute walk away.

Firstly, there are no sunbeds provided on the beach. More surprisingly, as a hotel guest, I was charged a fee to use a sunbed by the pool - I am shock… The room was average, and the carpets in the common areas had an unpleasant odor. While the breakfast was good and the guest demographic was primarily Korean.

We booked this hotel for our arrival in DaNang, it was great so we rebooked it again after touring Hoi An & Hue. Great location, every thing you need is right outside your door, walk the beach while your laundry gets done. Pop into a restaurant for some great local food. The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The environment and everything else are also good! However, a few front desk staff members have a serious 'white worship' complex. Whenever they encounter an older white European or American man, they are overly flattering and fawning, but when dealing with Asians, they act superior.

The Hilton Da Nang is truly impressive. The rooms are large, neat, comfortable, spacious, and bright. Housekeeping cleans daily, so when you return from sightseeing, your room is spotless.
