You get what you pay for here, the staff is great but the rooms and especially the bathroom could use a remodel

The hotel is nice. There are everything you need for a short term staying. And also the staff is very friendly:) The hotel is good located. I was staying there for a 2 nights. The room was clean, there was a hot water in the shower. In general I enjoyed it here

It’s a terrible hotel I’m never come back again.
The bedroom smells really bad, the walls are moldy in many places, the bathroom is moldy, the bathroom door is rotten,I'm not recommend to any travel to stay in this hotel unless you really want it think twice

How can someone call this a hotel? Room with cockroach, stains everywhere, torn towels, no amenities, no hot water. Booked on booking dot com, but they told me they didn’t see any reservation with my name, refused to show me their booking account, but still forced me to cancel the reservation and pay them directly. I should have gone and looked for other place to stay.

The location of Casablanca Hotel is very convenient, close to the lively pedestrian street and Hong Kong. A quiet place to stay in a busy area.
It saved time and money during my first trip to Hue for a short 3 days and 2 nights.
Linh, the front desk person - was very kind and helpful, and when I asked about purchasing train tickets to Da Nang - he helped me order online and select window seats.
Also take time to send to the train station.
There are different local snacks/coffee shops/small supermarkets/high and low consumption restaurants and various service industries nearby.
It saved time and money during my first trip to Hue for a short 3 days and 2 nights.

Average cleanliness for Vietnam, but the pillows are a little dirty.
The staff are very friendly and will teach you many things. Staff can speak English. The young boy doesn't speak English but is very friendly and helpful, politely answering our questions via a translation app. They welcome you with a big smile. They will keep your luggage for you.
There aren't many cheap restaurants around that offer a local feel, but it's perfectly fine for a few days.
There are also many laundry facilities nearby. Back alley laundry is cheaper. 1kg 17000-25000VND.
When buying water, convenience stores are cheaper than the surrounding shops, and credit cards are also accepted, so I recommend it.
There are many coffee shops within 1 km, so it would be nice to stop by on the way to the royal palace.
20000-45000 VND.

This is a great budget hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location was great for exploring Hue. Staff were very friendly, serving us tea on arrival and locking up our motorbikes at night. Free breakfast was a plus. Highly recommend it.

You get what you pay for: Not much! The other reviews are entirely misleading. If they offer you room 303: RUN!
Quietness: Worse than the street was the plumbing. Every flush from the rooms upstairs was like a torpedo being launched.
Facilities: The mentioned Torpedos caused our toilet to spray back. Sitting there was a risky business. As we only stayed one night we didn't even bother taking a shower there.
Breakfast: After the room experience we were not brave enough to try.
Atmosphere: The name "hotel" raises certain expectations. However, this place is quite depressing.
Giving a second star because we got 50% of our money back.

Great value for the money. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (fridge, TV, AC...). The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to the city centre and with good restaurants/coffee houses. The staff is very friendly and professional; there was even a small New Year's dinner during my stay. :-) They also offer many sightseeing tours from the hostel. The best hostel in Vietnam I have been to so far.
