We recently stayed at the hotel near the harbour and found the room comfortable, spacious and relaxing. However, the breakfast buffet was quite average, with limited variety and some items served cold, and there was no hot water dispenser available. With improvements to the breakfast quality and hot water supply, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. The service was professional and attentive. The in-room amenities were great. The bedsheets had some stains, so not entirely clean, but overall, the room was okay.

Great hotel! The location is convenient, the rooms are very clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The place is brand-new and the rooms and facilities are way better than the one we had back in Hanoi city center.

We just had an overnight stay before doing the famed Ha Long Bay the next morning. Being in deep winter means freezing 17°C but the rooms were huge and comfortable.

Breakfast fare was more Asian than Western but we, along with a group of 20 Hong-Kong tourists and South Asian families were happy.

I had a two-night stay at the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel lobby was luxurious and refreshing. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel staff assisted in cleaning the room promptly the next day. However, the breakfast at the hotel was unsatisfactory, the food was not tasty, and the coffee was quite weak. The lunch options were also not delicious and relatively expensive.

This a good location, near the centre of the city, close to local food, cafes and beer. It seem much more personal than the newly built resorts nearer the beaches in my opinion.
The rooms are lovely, well designed, with good facilities, with balconies and they are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is amazing The breakfast is good with Vietnamese and western options. Recommend

They have no bell services. The hotel rooms are large size and with comfortable beds. They should make wheelchair accessible entry.
