Hon Gai Hotel in Halong

Super hotel in the center of Ha Long. Close to Quang Ninh museum, bay view in front of the hotel. All amenities and good restaurants within walking distance. Spacious and clean room with pretty new equipment. Very good value pick for your stay in Ha Long, I highly recommend!

I was surprised to get the room because it was quite spacious. Clean and airy. Enthusiastic staff. I like it.

The hotel is located in an area with many amenities. The receptionist is friendly, the room is clean, airy, and odorless. Staying at the hotel feels like being at home. Will come back next time.

Surprise check-in, spacious, clean room, cute receptionist, only 2 adults and a child but I booked a room with 2 beds overlooking the square and dolphin palace. Good price. Will come back. Many amenities around

The best hotel in Ha Long city. Love it!!!!!

Small hotel, bought from adjacent shophouses, each floor has 2 rooms. The interior of the room is quite new, the bed is quite good, the electronic system (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioner, ...) all work well. The room is spacious and comfortable.
The location is opposite Dolphin Palace Square, near Quang Ninh Museum. Surrounded by a variety of dining areas
The minus point is that the room service is not good, the room is not cleaned every day. Passive service staff is not flexible, the complimentary says yes but cannot be set up. There is no permanent staff in the lobby, guests go and return by themselves.
Conclusion: if improve the room service, will come back.
P/s: room price is not attractive, still high

Good

Attentive, friendly, enthusiastic staff. Clean, comfortable rooms.

3-star hotel with 4-star standard interior, very nice terrace view ^^ rate 4 stars
