Beautiful room, new, friendly receptionist. I booked a tour to visit Ha Long Bay and everything was perfect for 2 days 1 night. The weather was nice, the scenery was beautiful too. I also booked a tour to Ha Giang from her. If I come back, I will book and recommend many friends of mine to come here.

Their service is so nice. I book the room on agoda with the basic room but she upgrade for us to family room with no extra fee (cause the guest before us keep our room) The fee for water, noodle or coke in room is as usual. They cover the room with nice smell, great bed and strong water.

This hostel is run by a really super fun family. They are super kind and provide the type of hospitality that makes you feel like you’re at home. The dorms are comfortable and cool. There is a great balcony outside and there are many local food options (Just ask for a free bike and explore) at great prices but, you have to find them. The owner was so kind towards us, I was overwhelmed with emotions. She and her entire family was so generous towards us, she asked her husband to drive us around to find some restaurant as we were really late in reaching Halong Bay. The property was beautiful, rooms were so amazing, location too was perfect! Overall, I think this was the best property we stayed at while being in Vietnam!

Recommend 100%! Clean room, very helpfull staff, they help even if you not staying at their hotel anymore. Love you. I'll be back ♥️

Honestly, the nicest place we have stayed in the whole of Vietnam, the hosts were the nicest people, booked us on our tour for HaLong Bay, went so smoothly, sorted taxi’s for us, gave us coupons for nearby restaurants. Was so clean and comfy. We ended up extending our stay! A really great experience.

The boat looked really great, the service was impeccable, really friendly staff who love to assist. A five-star cruise with very good service from the staff and VIP enjoyment! Dinner was a set menu, with lobster and Australian steak as the main course, which was pretty good. It's a pity that we didn't go to Hero Island for our outdoor activities in the afternoon on the first day. We went to an unknown small village, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was fine!

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

Great cruise, beautiful scenery of Lan Ha, extremely impressive, better than following the itinerary in Ha Long.

the hotel was good but not many guests come as they would prefer to go on cruise. So services were quite limited and we had to book everything in advance.

A very nice hotel, a very warm welcome. Thanks to the receptionist and all the staff. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the balcony offers a stunning view of the pier and bay. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I always have a huge thank you to the staff; their warm attitude towards tourists makes our vacation so much better.

We were given the room we chose (as pictured in the Trip app). It's cleaned daily, but you can refuse. Breakfast is included (many nearby hotels don't have it). It's modest, but filling. There's a beach nearby with a cafe and sun loungers. There's also a small shop and cafe on the same street as the hotel.

Worth for the price, very cheap hotel, cleanliness can be improved, others are okay for one night stay.

The hotel is very nice and the services are all perfect. The price was also cool and we had a nice breakfast. We had some health problems and a guy of the staff helped us going to the pharmacy. It was really appreciable from him! Francesco and Sara

Great hotel in quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Arrived early and the accommodated is with a room which was excellent. Well priced. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. Wifi. Close to beach and only a short distance from town and restaurants.

Very welcoming place. Spotlessly clean hotel. They even gave me medicine for a dodgy tummy. They upgraded our room when we got there... Short walk into town and beside the beach. New development in a very quiet, developing area.

The staff have good English, the rooms are clean, and there is good wifi. There was more of a language barrier in text than in person, which may be why they forgot us at Hanoi airport and we waited an hour for transport that was only booked 5 mins before it picked us up. We were rather angry as we were two women travelling by ourselves and a taxi from Hanoi would’ve been cheaper and we felt unsafe...

Great hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights with family of 5 in 2 rooms. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel is also walking distance from the beach. Staff helped us with booking trips and taxis, and generally made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!!
