The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. The service was fantastic, they were very helpful, booking our meals and tours for us. We were extremely satisfied!

Stayed one night before a cruise. We liked everything. Clean, big comfortable bed, clean towels and all toiletries. We were off-season, there were few open establishments around, but there was a park and a cable car nearby

The reception area on the first floor of the hotel is simple, elegant and comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. Most importantly, the service quality of the receptionist is really great! She provided us with the best tour route, allowing us to have an unforgettable in-depth tour in Halong Bay, which is completely different from other two-day and one-night cruises and a brand new experience.

It's a long way from the beach. The girl at the front desk is very friendly and can communicate in English? Gave a lot of travel advice. Next time I come to Ha Long, I will stay with them again. If there is any dissatisfaction, they will coordinate it.

It was my best memory in Vietnam. I had read online reviews saying that the cruise was not that great and there was nothing to do, but I am 100% glad that I applied. Four meals were included, and I enjoyed everything from activities to island experiences and canoeing. Watching the sunset is a special privilege that you can only get here.

We stayed in Halong City for one night first. In fact, it is recommended that after booking the cruise ship from Hanoi, the cruise company will pick you up directly at the hotel in Hanoi and go directly to the boat. You don’t need to stay on land in Halong Bay, just board the boat directly. Well, be sure to book the cruise ship early, otherwise it will be difficult to book, especially on weekends.
