Such a lovely experience, the owners make you feel at home and help you out in any way possible. Stayed i this excellent hotel for 2 nights, 10th floor ,twin bed room with bay view. great room, great view, excellent breakfast. all the staff from the bell boy to the maid and every one in between were very professional as you would expect from a 3 star hotel , highly recommend this hotel, not expensive but not cheap , so all in all great value for money

Nice medium size hotel in the Halong bay area. Located in the good spot by the main road, easy to access. It has everything we need to have a good stay. The staff is well trained with a good service mind.

Customer service awful! Staff not friendly or helpful. Couldn’t even book transport from the hotel. Big hotel but was empty as they said they had a big conference coming. This was all they cared about. Would not recommend and left 3 days early (which they still charged for!)

A very good hotel! It’s very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, hot water, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a refrigerator. It is in a convenient location, not far from both the port and the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Jade Hotel. It's friendly and we felt very welcomed by the owner. The hotel is in a quieter part of Ha Long but it was very easy to grab a Grab taxi to the shops along Ha Long rd and Sun World as well as other local sites. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach where we found a good cafe for iced lattes. Plus the hotel cat was v cute.

Before checking in, I specifically asked the administrator if all the infrastructure was working after the typhoon. As a result, there is nothing within walking distance, everything is closed. There are a lot of ants in the room.

Nice friendly staff! Helped me with taxi. They speak English well! Cozy room. The only one problem - flies!!! I had no food or anything inside the room. In the bathroom were many.

I wanna to say that, I would like to comeback here again, and more 😊 I was impressed by VNese when I came, I was well aware of the charm and the "courtoisie" of the Vietnamese and in the May House Hotel particularly. April 30, my family booked a room here. I vote for 5 star hotel. New, clean room, very chill sea view, pillows, quality room furniture like the 5 star hotel before I stayed in Phu Quoc. What I like most is the enthusiastic, friendly staff like family. Plus points: spacious parking space 👍

3-star hotel but the quality of the room must be rated 5 stars fully including bathrobes to check in luxury in the room. The hotel is new, so the equipment is still new and clean. Conveniently close to places to eat, travel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, booked through Booking.com. We were checked in early and greeted well. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing is that the cafe and beach are a bit far, so we needed a bike. The owners gave us one. We also asked for breakfast, and they didn't refuse. Nice people. Thank you.

What’s really nice about the property is it’s right down the street from the Sandy Beach where you can walk and spend the day. It’s also close to the village town that has great restaurants and also Ben fast resort. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff is wonderful and they have an elevator. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only went to use the bar/restaurant. The food was very good and affordable (had the skewers). A good range of drinks at decent prices as well. What is best about this place is the atmosphere and friendly staff (Turing- I think the barman's name was). They also have Fox sports so can show a range of sport.

The rooms are simple, clean, and well-equipped. The location is close to entertainment areas, restaurants, and 24/7 services, with reasonable prices. The owner is thoughtful, friendly, and enthusiastic in assisting guests with their needs. The hotel also offers motorbike rentals and sells tours around the bay. I will definitely return when I have the chance.

The room was comfortable in general and was amazing value for money. We traveled on from there and got much worse experiences for twice as much money. The rooms were delightful, and the workers were kind and patient. The gym even opened up just for us. The room was beautiful, but the kitchenware needed to be bought to be used. The path from our room to the central city was pretty easy to go. We played pickleball, and Oakwood gave us a ride to the court.

Oakwood was an actual 5 star accomodation. The villas are beautiful as with the resort. The breakfast buffet had many great options to eat. The villa is very spacious and luxury, the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are amazing. The garden is well maintained and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Stayed here for one night prior to our Ha Long Bay cruise. We had a lovely stay and the staff were very kind and courteous, offering to help us with every aspect of our stay in the area. We cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area!

This is the first time we stayed at Paradise Suites Hotel and we never regretted it. Their service room is quite big and their bed is amazing. The front desk is very accommodating. Next time around will book the same hotel. You have a satisfied customer.

The hotel was great. The immediate area around the cruise port is totally dead, and there is nothing to do but wait for your cruise ship to board. Nothing happening at supposedly one of the busiest times of the year. Had I known this, I would have stayed in Ha Long city and not on the island.

This property is amazing but badly mismanaged. The cleaning is subpar which is the biggest issue (dirty sink, showers, heck even dirty towels). The cleaning crews yell at each other at 8 am across the hallway as if they are on a fish market, it doesn't matter if you do not disturb sign is on the door. No respect for guests sleep. Great price, got a vip room for two. Modern designed room, however the bathroom and wooden furniture show signs of wear and tear. The breakfast menu is limited to only two choices, bread or pho.

Price is great! Our second stay at this hotel as our first stay (3 years ago) was lovely. However, this time we were disappointed that the pickle ball court right by the hotel as it is so noisy (no sound proof). Good tasting coffee during breakfast but no fruits; a choice of pho or eggs with bread. The noise starts at 6:30 A.M. and stops at 11 P.M.

We stayed here our Halong bay cruise which you need to get a ride to. We stayed in Classic room 503 and it was fine. They pushed two singles together to make a king sized bed. Comforter was a little small for a king. Room had enough space. Shower never ran out of hot water. AC worked. The "portable" room safe wasn't bolted down like all of our hotel rooms in Vietnam.
