Hotel ambience is excellent, central located. Their service is too good. They have given bikes to roam around, any help needed was done. They sent us the car to the airport. I must mention the food was so yummy, no restaurant we got that tasty food in Halong. Specifically the cook (owner herself) is cooking with so much interest and varieties.

We had a great stay here for one night on a weekday. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It has a modern design, very spacious and pristine. The staff is accommodating. They served us a delectable breakfast. The location is very accessible to the cruise port, sunworld and resturants. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very Central, opposite Sun World cable car. Family run hotel that has been newly refurbished. They went out of their way to help - we are cycle touring Vietnam & they helped with multiple things we needed - including lots of complimentary snacks made fresh in the kitchen. Overall, this was a really fun experience and I would recommend the 2-night option to one. That said, it’s worth knowing what to expect. Our hotel recommended for a small cruise, and in the morning the guide came to pick us up. And this was the beginning of the cruise started. Sunday, our tour guide, was his name, the full of energy and so friendly, he made everyone comfortable around him. The cruise experience was wonderful from the food (fed us so full) to a very clean room (spacious enough). We truly enjoyed the trip.

This hotel is near Bãi Cháy Bridge. It's good location to see Bãi Cháy Bridge. You can take a picture of the bridge from your room in this place. The baggage handlers are good service. The breakfast is good taste.

Stayed 2 nights in 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Checkin staff were friendly and explained about what hotel had to offer from restaurants to pools etc. Offered late check out which was handy as had 2pm transfer to haiphong. This is an upmarket services apartment and provides all the corresponding level of services and facilities. Just one thing you need to be aware related to the construction site next door, as it goes both day and night. Ask for the unit away from the construction site or the opposite side of the building, then enjoy!

What a mixed bag… Overall good. In short, no service around the pool, also, no atmosphere, they have outdoor speakers but not working or turned on. It a super modern hotel and very new, clean and the staff are fabulous. All the facilities you need like multiple pools (one heated) +bars and restaurants and a gym. Ok for the price We got upgrade for a bigger room, the room was the biggest we ever had. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it was ok for staying there. They come to clean everyday and change towels and all the staff is really nice they helped us with the laundry and information. The area thought is a little bit dead not a lot of stuff open.

AS a foreigner can’t speak Vietnam language, but the staff try their best using translator for can communicate with us. Transportation and everything they help me to order with their language. The best things I have ever seen.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and the staff. I really enjoyed my Seaview room. It has a balcony and nice windows. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. It’s in a great location to walk to town to the market and enjoy a stroll along the coastline with its beautiful karst mountain formations. But the true treasure of this hotel is its staff. They are so kind and helpful.

The Confetti Hotel is a wonderful little boutique hotel in a new developing area. There a are lots of cafes close by and a new shopping mall. We were there in the off season so not as much happening which sometimes is just what you need. Great walking area to get some exercise without all the traffic. A little obsolete, but clean, nice

Great location for a night's stay while waiting for the ferry to Cat Ba. The room is tired, everything is very simple, but you can live with it, the main minus is the bed linen with stains and the lack of a duvet cover. There is no remote control for the air conditioner, there is a fan. The refrigerator is not plugged into the socket.
