Staying in Sapa was a wonderful experience. The hotel had beautiful mountain views, clean and cozy rooms, and very friendly staff. Waking up to the foggy mountains felt so peaceful. The cold weather made the trip even more relaxing and memorable. Sapa is truly one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

We were "upgraded" to a room which was next to a building site. It was incredibly loud, the room was freezing cold as the doors to the balcony have a half inch gap.

We used the hotels laundry services, they lost 2 items of our clothing. They sent us a video claiming we never submitted them for washing except in the video you can see our clothes!! When we pointed this out the man reception got very angry, got Google translate out and wrote "We upgraded you for free and this is how you treat us. You have disappointed us as you are a disgrace". When I tried to reply he became verbally abusive.

The hotel is at the bottom of a reasonably steep hill, the walk is fine but when there is traffic it's difficult to avoid. We saw someone get their foot ran over with a car!

There was a family staying and they had booked several rooms, they had the doors open playing music and running between the rooms. They were also smoking inside all night.
We also had to complain as the staff were openly allowing people to smoke at the breakfast buffet and when we complaines the staff were rude
Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

The front desk staff are so accomodating, the breakfast could use more variety but all in all the rooms were clean, just like in the pictures, and its accessible to Cat car village, sun plaza, moana, and a cute little petting zoo/ cafe called Mat Pet Farm. 🔥

During our stay at Sapa Nature View Hotel, we had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Martin, who is truly an outstanding staff member.

He is hardworking, friendly, and consistently maintains a professional and warm service attitude. Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, we could always see him working diligently and giving his best.

In addition, he thoughtfully introduced us to local attractions, making our trip smoother, more enjoyable, and truly memorable.

Thank you very much to Mr. Martin for his warm hospitality and dedicated service. He made our stay an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is a bit old, but that also gives it some charm. However, it's messy, which makes it feel less clean. There's stuff scattered everywhere, or crammed into corners and looking run-down. For example, the walls are chipped, and the grouting and silicone are very worn and a bit gross. But in itself, it was clean, just dilapidated. The pictures are much better than reality! The pool area is also really run-down and unkempt. But you do get amazing views! Even if you book a room with a view. Funnily enough, some rooms have 'fake' bathtubs just for photos.

On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff are also very friendly, polite, and helpful. But again, the problem is that not much English is spoken. The breakfast, unfortunately, is also presented better than it actually is. Very uninspired and, well, not great, but sufficient. We had diarrhea throughout our stay, but of course, we can't say 100% if it was from the food. The hotel also has a spa, and the restaurant can be used throughout the day. The view there is also truly magnificent, and the location is excellent anyway. Everything is easily accessible. A laundry service is also offered.

I thought it would be much better... The hotel is a bit dirty, and there's a construction site view from the window.

However, overall, it has a good location, responsive staff, and housekeeping was done when requested, they even provided shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast was good, and everyone was very nice.

But the hotel is a bit dated, and the price, in my opinion, is a little high.
