Lovely honest and friendly staff. The rooms are simple but nice. We tried the breakfast pork noodles which are delicious. The staff also helped us with our Sapa express bus to Hanoi which was cheaper and a pleasant journey.

One of the most disgusting place I've been so far. Rooms are filthy and dusty, fungus all over the place and they don't wash the pillows. Been there once and never come back again. Tourist bait.

The value for money is okay. Layers of dust in the room look like months old tho. Our room on the street side is quite noisy.

We ate in the restaurant. Ordered an omelet and grilled duck with cheese. Both good tastying. The portions aren't very big.

Rooms are generally clean and we have gotten a room facing the lake which is awesome! It's just that its beside the road and it might get a lil noisy during the day!

Friendly staff. They help me arrange to rent a bike at 4am ( i call them earlier ) but they really helpful. The FO even greeting us when we checked out.
