The location is easy to get to and right infront of a big street. Has beautiful scenery, but it is a bit far from the center of the city. We booked 3 rooms, 3 different size rooms...
The 2 rooms had moldy smell that they tried to mask with lemongrass scents.
The pillows were rock hard.
Overall, for the price during ***** new year...it's alright. However, there are better hotels in dalat for similar price that is way better than Kỳ Hòa.
I did like that it had umbrellas since đà lạt is so sunny.
The buffet had small selections but it'll feed you!

Spacious but dated rooms would require repainting, especially the ceilings after having suffered water damage. Noisy hotel, no sound insulation, a reminder of decorum should be given to customers who often behave badly. No disabled access, no elevator. Very generous and good quality breakfast. No mini bar, presence of a kettle to heat water, possibility of making tea. No airport shuttle. The service is very good, the staff is very attentive

A little noisy, bedroom ceiling could do with a good whitewash. No catering, no disabled access. No elevator. Regrettable when you want to promote a city. On the other hand, room with balcony overlooking greenery

Great stay. Love the view. But don't expect to do work. Internet is pretty bad in room. I booked their top suite too.
