Genuinely one of, if not the best, hotel stay I have ever experienced. Was in Saigon for 2 weeks and could not have been happier to stay here. The location is great, the room was perfect for my needs, and the staff - I cannot stress this enough - were absolutely fabulous. I would recommend anyone to stay here because I loved it so much! Thank for everything!

Such a lovely little gem of a place. You feel protected from the hussle of the main streets and get to wind through the alleys to get home a to a quiet calm area. Love the staff too they were so helpful.

Great boutique hotel away from the bustle of Saigon. Stay here if you want to experience authentic local life and the best shops and eateries away from the tourists. The fact that you have to walk 5 minutes in a small alleyway to the hotel adds to the charm.

When you stay in a small hotel, you’re traveling with people – and that’s exactly what happened here. Everyone working at this hotel gave us a fantastic stay. When we come back to Saigon, we will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is centrally located in District 1, but tucked away in a small, quiet side street. That makes a huge difference. In the evenings it’s peaceful and calm, while just outside you’ll find small local shops and alleyways where locals actually live their daily lives. Walking through the nearby lanes, you meet residents, not tourists – that’s what gives this place a truly local feel.
Atmosphere matters: people create atmosphere, and from the first minute it felt right. Warm welcome, immediate check-in, time to rest after a long journey – exactly how it should be.
We even stayed over Christmas and honestly had a very strong experience. The team took care of everything calmly and reliably.
Rooms are clean, well designed, air-conditioned, comfortable beds, good shower with amenities, fridge with freezer, drinks and kettle – everything you expect from a good Asian hotel. Not luxury, but heartfelt, and that’s what makes it special.
Breakfast is great, coffee is tasty – don’t miss the Vietnamese hot milk coffee.
Most important of all: thank you to the people working here. You made our time in Saigon memorable.

We stayed here at our last two days in Saigon. We felt very welcomed, the room was clean and nice, all relevant sights were within walking distance and the staff was super friendly. I can highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back again one time.

The hotel was very clean, and the receptionist, a woman who speaks Chinese, was very welcoming. The only downside was that the room window faced a wall, which might not be suitable for people from northern regions as it could be a bit damp. Breakfast was a simple set meal with sandwiches and fried rice.

This was my first solo trip abroad. Even though I don't speak English very well, the front desk lady was very helpful. I planned to stay three nights in Ho Chi Minh City, and booked two of them at this hotel. I was thinking of staying somewhere else for the remaining night, but ended up adding another night when I got there.
The room was just as pictured. It was quiet and bug-free (this is important).
The shower pressure was weak, but the hot water was plenty. I'd say it was just hot enough.
The hotel is in Hem, so it's a little hard to find, but with Google Maps it's no problem. There's also a relaxing bar nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my 3-night, 4-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
The hostess was so friendly, almost overly so, that I was taken aback, but it was still great. The room was large and clean, the bathroom was clean, bug-free, and the water was very, very clean.
(Note: I didn't change the shower filter even once during the 4-day stay.)
The refrigerator and air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast was served in the lobby on the first floor. You order one of 7 or 8 items, and they serve a few fruit plates.
Cons: Laundry didn't dry in the room.
The hotel is located in an alleyway where cars can't enter.
Because it's tucked away, it's very quiet.
This 2-star hotel offers excellent value. It's quiet, clean, bug-free, spacious, has a great air conditioning, refrigerator, and water. No filter needed.
However, it's a 7-minute walk from Bui Vien Walking Street, about 650 meters.
I'd give it a 9.7 out of 10.

Overall, the room is good for the money in Ho Chi Minh City, the staff is pleasing, Mega is friendly, the bed is comfortable, there is a safe, hot water, spacious, you can't hear the neighbors, the only thing that annoyed me was the dog on the street in the neighboring house, the location is not far from the center - 15 minutes, next to the street with night bars and a large number of restaurants, a park area and a large Mall - Saigon, breakfasts are a la carte, but this is enough to not run around in the heat and look for a decent place, thanks for the reception
