The front desk was excellent; it's worth staying at.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all kind and polite, making my stay very relaxing. I also stayed at the same hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and the quality of service was excellent both times.

Hotel is located at district 1 near to the Japanese street. Very good location with bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel reception is very kind and friendly. Room is relatively small but extremely clean.

The hotel service was excellent; the staff were very helpful and even provided a complimentary 70-minute massage. Breakfast was Japanese style. The only minor drawback was a slight smell of smoke in the room.

Breakfast was great and inexpensive. Overall, the place was quite clean, but it took too long to get ready. The restroom layout was poor. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Japanese town.

Azumaya (East House) in Ho Chi Minh City is finally available for booking through a domestic online travel agency. Previously, I could only book on their official website, and paying in cash on site was inconvenient, so I never chose it.

The hotel itself is in a great location, with excellent cleanliness, facilities, and service. It's perfect for business travelers. Over 90% of the hotel's residents are Japanese.
The breakfast options are limited, consisting of a Japanese set meal, but the food is acceptable.

For a hotel in District 1's Japantown, this hotel is a reassuring choice and offers excellent value.

The hotel is located in the Japanese quarter, overall the location is good. Small room, clean, typical business hotel. Very friendly staff! There is an onsen on the eighth floor, the schedule is more for men, but we managed to get there during women's time. Breakfasts are interesting. They give you a questionnaire where you can choose a set, we took Japanese and continental, we did not leave hungry)
