A solid 3 star hotel, it’s clean and tidy and really not bad.
As others have mentioned, the breakfast is really good with more variety than expected. The Pho was excellent.
A bit of a walk to the centre of District 1, but safe and interesting along the way as long as you remain aware of the crazy traffic when you need to step onto the street from the broken footpaths, as you need to do throughout Saigon.

Service was atrocious- staff could not have been less help - really disappointing in a city that has so much to offer - rooms, breakfast and location were quite good but the front of house staff made the stay very disappointing!

The Hotel is modern bright and in a great location close to the town centre. The rooms are spacious smart and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were fine. Very pleased with our stay overall. Did order a meal in the hotel restaurant one evening and it took an age to arrive - suggest you check on the timings before you order Other than that - a very enjoyable stay.

I dont put reviews up often but because of the top notch service I’ve decided to. From the start till the end. Lobby , kitchen & reception amazing! location wise you can find anything you need close by. I’m a bit picky when it comes to bathrooms . The only things that I can pick out is the racks for face towels is right above the toilet & the toilet roll holder is on top of the bin so the toilet paper rolls out and touches the bin. Otherwise the rooms are clean and nice. Ps. I didn’t know which hotel we were staying at and what it looked like before entering as it was a surprise.

The pillow is too soft and the bathroom is too small. However, overall, it’s a reasonable option for budget travelers — just don’t set your expectations too high.

What a wonderful experience I had! The hotel was clean and always well maintained. It was definitely tourist/foreigner/children friendly. The breakfast was tasty and all the staff members were incredibly kind. The manager, Vĩnh, was always very friendly and recommended such great places to visit. He really helped make my stay the best! The location of the hotel was in such a convenient place. A ride from the hotel to any tourist location is less than 10 minutes. The hotel is more than a 5 star to me. I am beyond impressed and pleased by my stay. Will be booking again!

As a Vietnamese American returning to Saigon after more than 40 years, I chose Acnos Grand Hotel in District 3 as my first stop before visiting other cities. The hotel gave me a soft and friendly landing. Traffic outside was intense — pedestrians, scooters, and cars flowing in all directions — but somehow, it all works! Có lối băng qua đường cả hai phía, nên tôi cũng mạnh dạn… hoà vào dòng xe! Hết xảy con cào cào!

Breakfast? Let’s just say: ăn cơm Tàu, ở nhà Tây — as long as you don’t expect to lấy vợ… Nhật! In other words, it’s more than decent — a good, satisfying mix that starts your day right.

On check-out, there was a small misunderstanding about an extra fee. I respectfully asked to speak with the manager — the American way. Mr. Vinh listened patiently, understood my unique case, and adjusted the charge in a way that was both fair and kind. Hợp tình, hợp lý, and a true reflection of Vietnamese hospitality.

Clean, quiet, convenient, and full of charm — this place is thật đáng đồng $ bát gạo, nhé quý vị đang đọc! I even rebooked it for my return to Saigon before flying back to the U.S. — and that alone says how much I appreciated the experience.”

The staff of this hotel don't know how to talk to their guest, I went to this hotel with my husband, we have the booking their, the receptionist there named Emily and the manager their has provided us uncleaned room and when we asked them to clean it they cancelled our booking stated that we don't welcome you in our hotel, leave our hotel right now, The staff their was very arrogant. I don't refer anyone to visit this hotel. It was a nightmare in day time. We were surprised and shocked hearing those words. In an unknown country they behaved with us like this. They told us leave otherwise we'll call the security. We don't even got the refund for the cancellation.

The staff are very helpful and polite.
Rooms are nice but no great views at the front or back.
There is a beautiful monument to a Buddhist monk and beautiful gardens just around the corner from the hotel.
Hotel located on an extremely busy street 24/7.
The outdoor swimming pool is located on the street beside the main entrance and is rather small and very public.
Breakfast is nice.
