Excellent hotel. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Dining room has a great view over the river and city and the breakfast buffet was very generous with a good mix of Asian and Western foods. Nice rooftop pool. Although in District One it requires a taxi into the centre.

Woken up every morning 8am by hammering and drilling right above my room. Beef burger was red-raw and the part I did eat tasted bad. The rest of the food was decent however. AC was nice and quiet and room clean and comfortable. Skybar is a nice touch with great views. Restaurant has no AC and uncomfortably warm. Location was good.

We were allocated inter connecting rooms which included a lounge area giving plenty of space for our party of 2 adults and 3 kids. We ate breakfast each day and had lunch in the restaurant once, food and service was adequate. Staff were very friendly, especially Kenny the duty manager who always took time to ask if we were enjoying our stay. The roof top sky bar is the jewel in this hotels crown, exceptional views across the city. Hotel is approximately 20 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market areas.

Stayed 1 night while traveling from Can Tho to Hue via Ho Chi Mihn. We arrived 1 hour early and not only accommodating with an early check in we were given a room upgrade. The pool is clean and a welcome relief from the afternoon heat and having drinks delivered to the pool side was just excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Airconditioning worked great. The rooftop bar has great views almost 360'. We found all of the staff to be friendly and many spoke reasonable English. Really enjoyed our stay here and will come back.

Nice hotel with nice decorations and luxurious feel to the lobby and such.
The room was nice with a very big bed, although the floor was very dirty and you should wear slippers inside.
The rooftop restaurant was very good, best Western food on the whole trip and the drinks was very good. Also the view was priceless.

Nice hotel. Polite staff. Got to eat some breakfasts 45 min before that opened when we checked out. Got to check in 6 hours early without extra cost. They do not refill the minibar, however you get two bottles of water for free every day. Nice pool and sky bar at the top. All over very good impression.
