The service attitude of the staff was terrible!!! A bad experience here with the night shift staff member with short, curly hair and glasses. I booked one VIP room and one standard room, and also requested a makeup artist to come for a photoshoot in traditional Vietnamese dresses, but the staff absolutely refused to let them come up, even though I booked two rooms, each for two people. I've never seen a hotel with a rule against allowing makeup artists to come up!!!
I will never return here again unless the hotel owner addresses this issue in the future.

The room was nice, looked new, and was very clean. Importantly, the bathroom was very clean. The reception staff were enthusiastic and lovely. The price was reasonable, and the experience here was great.

The room was clean, check-in was quick, the TV wasn't connected to Netflix, but overall it was very good. It cost 250k for my wife and me to stay overnight.

The hotel is clean, everything is fine, very good experience at this hotel. TV can watch Netflix. Reasonable price, the weekend is a bit crowded but the room is still arranged ok, no need to wait long, great ..
