Paid months before for a room. When I arrive, no room free

Simple, clean, with a hairdryer. The owners seem to be a very nice couple. The air conditioning is quite effective. The price-performance ratio for an overnight stay is decent. The night market is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient for dinner.

However! People smoke at the counter, and guests also smoke. The strong smell of smoke is very unpleasant and uncomfortable! I really don't understand why smoking is allowed in the lobby, hallway, and rooms!

The staff were enthusiastic and welcoming, the prices were reasonable, and the rooms were clean. I really liked it.

Because of some issues at the previous hotel, I booked seven rooms at this hotel for the night of my check-in. The website showed there were still rooms available, and I paid for all seven. However, when I arrived at the front desk, the staff informed me that only one room was left. Although they refunded the money for six rooms, it was already past 2 AM. We originally planned to rest in that room and look for new rooms in the morning, but the staff only allowed three people to stay in that room. It was a terrible experience.

Dirty place, stay away! Yes it’s closed to ho thi Ky market but the staffs and owner here were so mean and unprofessional. I walked in and they all were eating on the table and checked in like that. The place is really outdated and noisy. I couldn’t sleep until 1 am and woke up at 5am. I had to leave early because I couldn’t stand it. The man at the front desk thought I owed them more money but after a while of looking his computer he said “yeah you still have 1 day here you don’t owe us money but we won’t refund the day you don’t stay”. Yes I understand that and didn’t ask for refund but he made me stay and thought that I owed money which is so funny and wasn’t polite at all in his talk. I chose this one since it’s closed to the market but I should have chosen more expensive professional hotel to stay. I thought i just needed a place to sleep since I’ll be on the road all day for vacation but it’s not worth it and I couldn’t even sleep.,

The front desk staff were very helpful, calling a taxi for us and negotiating a cheaper rate, and adding more amenities to the room. It was a really nice hotel.
