Very good for the price. Plenty of food choices and markets in walking distance. Multi-lingual and pleasant staff wants to please. Great mattresses and ample towels. Not in tourist area but easy to get to by bus, taxi or Grab.

The best things I love this hotel are very reasonable price with decent rooms, good location for food, easy access for cars. Air conditioner and fridge are always in good condition to compare with other 3-star hotels. (This hotel rated only 2-star)

Great location, clean rooms, does the job however I think they may have scammed us. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL.

We checked out and immediately 5 minutes after they claimed we made the small towel so stained that they couldn’t wash it and that iis completely stained and that it is now garbage?? What could we have possibly stained it with?

They wanted 35k from us. It’s not about the price but the principle. They didn’t even try to wash it cause they told us this 5 min after checking in. What did they mean? What is it stained with? We know we did not stain anything but paid anyway so they would leave us alone.
The picture evidence they showed us could’ve been from any towel. I know for a fact we weren’t in the hotel room for long and we did not have dirty feet after taking a shower. Dirt easily can wash off anyway. They made such a big deal that they had to throw a whole towel away.

If they wanted a tip they could’ve just asked for it instead of making up a lie that we stained a towel. So weird. I know 35k isn’t much but it is such a weird approach to ask for more money from us.

REPLY:
If you can’t wash a simple dirt stain off a small towel, then I highly question your sanitary practices. Some other hotels can wash a blood stain off a towel with no complaint but you can’t?

More importantly, we did not wear dirty slippers in the bathroom or the room. This is a lie and a scam hotel to get more money from foreigners.

This hotel is only 2* but you can't complain it's bedroom are basic but clean, I much say that the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing seems to be too much, breakfast is really good as well you can choose from a menu which I think is great and of course the breakfast sets you up for the day, good quality food. Would recommend without a doubt if you are staying in Saigon. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Perfect place to stay in Saigon! Nice people, very comfortable and very clean establishment, spacious room with all equipment, delicious breakfast, amazing localisation, also feel really safe. I will stay here again and again without hesitation. I’m so happy about this experience! I would recommend for sure!

Kind and friendly staffs but it's kinda far from the market and shopping center, and shower isn't hot enough, but except that, this is s great place to stay. I think I will come back sometime again!
