it was right inside the city area. The area is full of tourists. The room is big enough but the single bed is too small and too springy.

The service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. However, the room was tiny and the hygiene was just okay. The subway is very close, and it's near Ben Thanh Market, where you can buy coffee and cashews as souvenirs.

Great location & surrounding. We arrived in Saigon on Sunday. The hotel upgraded our room from Deluxe Twin - No window to a Deluxe Twin with Window. The room was spacious and clean. The hot shower works well. You can find lot of good restaurants in this area within walking distance. There's a local grocery store nearby selling variety of fresh fruits and all sorts of snacks, biscuits, beverages and etc.
The downsides are the swimming pool was under maintenance during my stay and lack of variety in breakfast, just ok to fill your stomach. But I enjoyed the fresh fruits, yogurt and good coffee.

Good location, near bars and drinking street. Room is very clean and spacious. Had a great stay.

Good to come back to this hotel. Staff are nice and friendly. Many new restaurants nearby. But a little noisy from a Japanese restaurant across the street. Music won't stop before 10:30pm

Exceeded my expectations. Room is a bit small but clean enough. Breakfast spread is quite good with some variations everyday. Love the location!

Ben Thanh Market is right behind the hotel. Quite strategic place to visit all attractions. Stayed for 5 nights. The cleaner cleaned the room daily except for the last day she did not clean the floor. The room is a bit small to fit in 2 medium luggage. Requested room away from liftand quiet room but was given room beside the lift and able to hear the lift moving.

Unfortunately, next door building is still under renovation after so many years.

Now opposite building previous golden hotel is also going through renovation.

In fact their own hotel level 5 itself is doing renovation.

Hence if you are light, fuzzy, choosy sleeper, avoid at all cost.

Else, still my usual go to place every time I am in HCMC.

Oh ya... there's no swimming pool till date too..
