The receptionist is very good, near the airport. The room is old but clean. The hot water is not provided for the five glue because the staff have heart. The service is very good. Speaks excellent english

The Vietnamese working here are not nice like real Vietnamese, but they just want money. I asked them if I could put my scooter for free for one hour. They agreed, but when I came back they told me to pay 50,000VND ...

I rent monthly room. The housekeeper is very bad, she even doesn't know how to clean the room and always complaint why the customer don't keep the room clean. 1 female reception is not friendly. They really dont respect customer at all

REALLY hard beds. Price was good, but the rooms was not great, the cleaning was under strong criticism. I could not really recommend this hotel unless you just stay one night and if it is priority to be close to the airport.

The room was filthy and smelled heavily of smoke. There were bed bugs!!! And stains on the sheets. And hairs on the bed. The staff was nice but I cannot recommend for cleanliness. Close to airport.
